I want to keep this place a secret. it's a wonderful place to live. Just be aware that it is an unincorporated area, so there are not city services. No box stores,or big markets, no post office, police and fire are county services There is a small clinic here, otherwise doctors and dentist are about 15 minutes away in Ferndale or Bellingham. The nearest schools are in Blaine which is 5 miles away. I love the relative isolation of this area. As you can see the views are spectacular. Just visit, don't move here!
Yes, our home values have gone up quite dramatically over the last few decades. They definitely are increasing faster than average wages in the area. This does make it challenging for buyers.
