Excellent content sir. With 3 different types of bike (if I'm right?😁) na solve lahat ng riding issues, body issues, etc. If I may ask Sir Raymund, magkano po ang bayad nyo kay sir Mito? Para magka idea ako how much ang pag"bike fit". Been riding my mountain bike for over a year now. From home to work and vice versa, 16km total every 6 days a week. Still have to make a long ride para ma laman ko mga issues ko. Allryd and stay safe. 🤘🤘🤘

Sa akin importante yung q factor. Feeling ng katawan ko na hindi tama yung naka bukaka kahit maayos na yung seat height.
I Didn't know if bike fitting is must or scam. i have four different bike, two of these are rb, one mtb and one minivelo, i used them for long ride from past few years to present. I had no encountered any issues about back pain nor joints pain. although they vary in size. Exept of some slight numbness of legs or arms...
Agreed. Pag may 20 bikes collection meaning lahat dadalhin sa bike fit lol. Pwede naman sariling sikap na lang kung saan komportable ang katawan.

Im not sure but he probably studied something similar. He adjusts the bike not the body.
CRUZ Control bike fit channel is really good... He fits you and then he rides with you which I've never seen any fitter do that. Cheers 1

Bike fitting is actually good and must have,, but if you're just using the bike on Sundays and not making about 10km away of ride on your bike, it's not necessary to spend in bike fitting..
Scam lang ang bike fit, para lang yan sa may pera. Kung mtb di na siguro kelangan ipabike fit. Road bike medyo mahirap ang posisyon. Mas maganda kung ikaw ang mag udjust sa bike mu, kc ikaw yun nakasakay hinde nman sila. O kung wala kang pera, kelangan masanay ka na lang kung anung klaseng bike meron ka. Im sure sa una lang may discomfort, pero pag nasanay ka na at ilan beses mu ng pinanglolong ride yan. Mawawala na ren lahat ng saket sa katawan mu dyan!😆
Scam your ass! Pros do bike fitting tayo pa kayang mga mortal. Kung may sumasakit sa katawan habang nag bibisiklita isang lang ibig sabihin nun. If you'll ignore those, good luck pagtanda mo.

Yun ibang mga pros mas gusto nila yung mas mallit sa size nila yun bike para mas maachive nila yun sobrang aerodynamic. Subukan mu magbike ng pro styles tignan ku kung walang sasaket sau. At saka wag mung pilitin yun hinde pwede sau. Kung nag gigitara ka at nagkakaron ka ng trigger finger, stop playing. Kung nagjojogging ka at lagi sumasaket tuhod mu, stop jogging. At kung nagbibisekleta ka may rayuma ka nman sa kamay o lagi nammanhid yun kamay mu at sumasaket likod mu, STOP! Wag mu pilitin yun hinde mu na kayang gawen. Hinde lahat ng sitwasyon na sumasaket sau, kaya ng bike fit resolbahan. Pero para sa mga may pera na katulad mu, go ka lang kung gusto mu magpabike fit bka makatolong yn sau. Kaya ku lang sinabe na scam bike fit kc baket sobrang mahal at hinde sya affordavle ng isang ordinaryong biker, mas mahal pa sila sa doctor maningil. Wag mapikon bro, opinyon lang je je.😆
