Sir Ger sana after a while na magamit niyo yun bike after fitting gawa kayo ng review if worth it ba yun gastos sa fitting. Di kasi biro yun gastos eh hehe. Salamat sa informative content!
Nakapag bike fit na ko hindi lang kay sir fred. Magpplan ako ng bike sizing sa kanya if may budget na ko for new bike. sobrang worth it talaga. before ka magupgrade bike fit talaga para less stress, strain and gastos. much better bike sizing talaga para walang guessing when buying components. Yung bayad mo good for ilang sessions until maperfect yung fit sayo.. Before you find your saddle position pa lang it will take you 1hr ride before masabi may mali. Kung pangit talaga 30mins lang sakit na katawan mo. Ang adjusment nila 3mm to 5mm lang to think How many hrs of ride to get your proper position. Lalo na tilt per 1° adjustment. Ilang saddle ittry mo to get what's perfect for you. Regarding sa stem naman ilang stem ittry mo. Ilang crank ittest mo. Ang mahirap iadjust d.i.y yung cleats position. Iba ang feel kapag nasa road ka and trainers. They use their hearing on how you pedal hindi basta tingin tingin lng. It will take years of experience para malaman sa tingin and dinig ang efficient pedaling. Here's my experience, i have right hip injury years back nagpabike fit ako last year found out hindi pantay leg lenght ko kaya ako nagkakaroon ako lower left back pain specifically. Dun ko lang din nalaman na hindi same pedal power ko kasi hindi pantay leg length ko. After adjustment sa cleats no more pains, powerful and efficient pedal stroke. Mabilis recovery ko nakakatakbo pa after ride hehe..
