Okay not gonna lie this is actually pretty neat. The fact that they have CSL dumpsters for trash, Recycle, AND *Greenwaste* is really impressive, considering most places don't even have YW dumpsters or bins, especially there. Having all 3 streams in an alley is practically unheard of if it isn't carted. St. Louis continues to surprise me with their unique collection method, those lil' csl bins look neat! Great video!
About time I seen a video of St. Louis! They sure do have a neat collection system considering carts is in their department too.. I remember all the news controversy they have gone through like damaging personal homes and property to mixing all 3 streams. That's a pretty neat combo considering all they ran was CCC's if they still run those.
