St Louis Trash Collection 4000 Botanical Ave 2 Nov 2023

We have three kinds of trash bins in St Louis: brown (regular trash), green (yard waste), and blue (recycling). They are not supposed to be mingled in the same truck, but on my block (4000 Botanical) they frequently are. Here is a video from about 10am on 2 Nov 2023 showing 3 brown bins and 2 green bins being emptied into the same truck.
