This goes down as my favorite game ever! Houston’s special teams were amazing, their ability to make big plays was impressive even frustrating. BYUs grit and ability to dominate while over coming adversity Incredible to watch. But in the end it was just great football. Fighting for every yard never giving up. Best football game ever
As a die hard Huston Cougar fan I have enjoyed the tight games between our two schools. I am nervously looking forward to BYU coming to Houston Stadium this Friday for another meeting.
This will go down as one of the most entertaining BYU football games ever. Tons of talent on the field, plenty of back-and-forth scoring, and enough mistakes by both teams to keep it spicy. It was good, chaotic fun.

I hope Taysom breaks one record. The most carrier "different kinds" of touchdowns. There are 9 possible (rushing, receiving, passing, interception, fumble recovery, block punt, blocked field goal, kickoff return, punt return). Deion Sanders holds the record with 6. And FYI, Taysom has 3 now which is the same as Deon also had after his 3rd year in the NFL.
Hello. I am from the future. BYU not only went on to join the BIG12, but we’re crowned national champions in 2024 on the 40th anniversary of their first national title.
Although BYU won the game Tayson Hill looked so below average many turnovers BYU was lucky to win Hill is a great athlete but he has small hands and will never be a full-time starting quarterback in the NFL my son's medical school roommate was the equipment manager at BYU he said that hill was a jerk and said that one day Hill was so angry with him that he wanted to beat him up because he he had moved a piece of equipment off the practice field and Hill was upset and wanted to annihilate him after hearing this our opinion of Tayson Hill is that he is a Pampered baby
Unlikely, this story is very inconsistent with what is known about Tayson Hill who has great character and no behavioral issues and is one of the friendliest people you will ever meet.
Takes special skill to trash on a hero for lack of talent AND character! You are good. Word of advice, though - you can't really trust those medical school roommates.
That BYU team had a lot of NFL talent: Taysom Hill, Jamaal Williams, Kaufusi, Sorenson, Van Noy... Dang!

BYU is 3-0 against Houston and playing Houston in Houston. The Houston defense applying pressure in this game is fantastic!
