I am currently working on a baby blanket using this pattern... i had a miscarriage 4/21/23 at 10 weeks pregnant. Working on this blanket has helped me cope with my grief and every stitch brings a little more hope that someday, i will be able to use it 🤍 thank you!
I made two blankets (cream and brown) for twins with this pattern and loved it. Super easy, but the result is beautiful. Thank you for sharing! One modification I made (on accident and then really liked it) was I started and ended with single crochet row instead of starting with the berry stitch row as called for in the directions. It created a subtle border that matched the sides, which were also SC.
I have completed this blanket. I used two outside squares to create a white border and have graduated the colour of the main blanket using three complimentary colours, each 10 squares long. It is to be used as an afternoon blanket, for reading a book or watching tv. I could not be happier with the finished article. Thank you for sharing!
My first grandbaby. I do basic crochet. My son is used to simple blankets around the house for need growing up. I want to wow him with something for need with a bang to it. Thank you simply too. It will be made with love to last and nice then store bought. Thank you. Hope to make both like your grandbabies. So nice. For boys.
OOOOOH!!!!! I love this pattern! I am crocheting items to sell at our local Chickasaw County Mississippi Flywheel Festival in late September. Any $$$ collected will be donated to the local animal services center here. Thank you for taking the time to film your projects/patterns. I'm a visual learner! :)
This blanket is absolutely beautiful. I’ve started one of my own and I’m excited to see how it turns out. I must admit chaining 166 stitches is a bit daunting. I kept loosing count and having to start over. Also the foundation row was very difficult. It was hard for me to see where to insert the crochet hook at times. My stitch count would then be thrown off. After you get over the chaining and first row frustrations things get so much easier. If you can get past the initial struggle this blanket will be worth it.
Beautiful pattern. Mercerized means (of cotton fabric or thread) treated under tension with caustic alkali to impart strength and luster. I love this stitch.
Absolutely gorgeous blanket , you gift to teach is amazing.. your talent to design , is heaven sent , THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH TO DAISY FARM !! BLESSINGS FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY 🎁🙏
What a classically beautiful all purpose heirloom baby blanket. Thanks so much for showing us how to make one for ourselves. Patons Grace did it up so beautifully.
Absolutely a gorgeous blanket. Perfect for his christening. I will be saving this pattern for sure. Thank you for sharing. By now your little grandson is giving you loads of hugs and kisses. ❤gayle
Thank you so much for this pattern. I used a double knit wool in a blue/grey colour and 4.50mm hook. It looks amazing. I struggle with borders - they always curl our else to tight. So this borderless blanket works well. My next project will be to crochet this using cotton.
1st congratulations to Hannah...from your channel is what inspired me to start my TH-cam journey & last week my 1st baby blanket received a baby boy 👶 it felt so when i got my 1st client today i have finished my knitted sweater since i also learn how to knit during lockdown in 2020
Thank you for the beautiful pattern. I'm making this for my first nephew. Just ordered the yarn & I'm quite excited!! I browsed through your website and wow, thank you so much for sharing them all. Will definitely be making more blankets and wearables and will learn how to read patterns so I can get your book. Thanks again!
Blessings on you and your family. You have been an inspiration to try to do different stitches and patterns. Thank you for all your wonderful patterns and videos. You are the best. Congratulations on the new baby.
I just found out today we’re going to be great grandparents for a 2nd time in April so I am going to make this one! It’s beautiful!! Congratulations to you on yours.
As Always, Tiffany, your tutorial is spot on perfect! This blanket is absolutely gorgeous and will be on my “to create list”! I’ve been with Daisy Farm Crafts since your beginning and have enjoyed ALL your stories. Woohoo and God’s Blessings to Hannah and her husband on the arrival of their precious baby boy, James! Warm Wishes to You and Your entire Family!
First My name is Daisy I admired this blanket so much. Thank you for teaching the berry stitch! Love all your color choices for the blankets God Bless and with much gratitude.
I just love this stitch. I love all you patterns. You explain everything so anyone can learn how to crochet. There isn’t one of your patterns I dislike. I will be making this as I have a few friends expecting.
Congratulations! I love cotton over acrylic for babies skin. I love, love your site! I learned to crochet on your site a few yrs ago. I made a blanket for each boy as they left the home, 3 boys in 4 yeard! It really comforted my "empty nest" 💚. Thank you!
Cotton is also safer. Synthetic materials melt and stick (I'm not sure about acrylic, but I know polyester is also an endocrine disruptor), natural plant fibers burn to ash. Wool is best, though, because of it's natural flame retardant and anti-microbial properties.
What a beautiful blanket. You really do have the most gorgeous baby blankets. I am new to crochet but I am absolutely ’hooked’. The problem is, I keep finding you fabulous patterns and don’t know what to make next. Thank you 😊
Hello, the blanket is beautiful, my daughter is pregnant and I am not the most confident crochet, but I feel because your tutorial is so clear, I think I will be able to make this one. So a big thank you from London, England. 💞💞💞
Obsessed. My friend just had a daughter she named Genevieve and I immediately thought of this pattern I'd seen by you previously. Working it in Bernat Softee Cotton with the outside 2 stitches in white and then alternating colors in the middle. I'm super excited to see how this one turns out!
This is an amazing pattern! So simple, yet elegant. The fact that it sort of creates its own border is really awesome. 🥰🥰🥰 I'm now trying to figure out how to do this with color work so it can give a plaid or gingham effect. Thank you so much for filming and uploading this.
I LOVE your videos tks. The windowpane pattern is exquisitely beautiful !!!! I am doing a test first and love it.using f hook and I have a friend expecting so this is the one thank you so much !!!!!!!!
Muchas gracias 😘...!!!
Another lovely blanket. Again so well explained. It is also very helpful that you give the stitch count as I often have to substitute yarns as I am from the UK. We often can’t get the American yarns and/or they are very expensive. Thank you💕
This blanket is beautiful. Congratulations and blessings for your family. All babies are a blessing. I have work with this yarn before. It's really nice for baby's garments but it's a little expensive for a blanket. I have a Michael's store near me and the yarn it's $5 or $6 per skein. 😪

May God bless you and fulfil your dream.
It hurts! I'm sorry to say I know too.
Praying you are still coping; sending virtual hugs
I’m so sorry for your loss. I’m glad working on this blanket is helping you.
I am sorry for your loss. Please know your not alone in your grief.
Sending prayers and i hope you are feeling well!!🙏

From S. Korea. I am an absolute beginner for crochet. Your instruction is slow enough and clear enough to follow. Many thanks.

Absolutely gorgeous blanket , you gift to teach is amazing.. your talent to design , is heaven sent , THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH TO DAISY FARM !! BLESSINGS FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY 🎁🙏
So nice babyblanket. 🎉
Love the idea of the built in border. I’ve seen the berry stitch done another way but your way is a lot easier. Thank you for the great tutorial.
I enjoyed watching your video, you explained in details and did not rush like most video's ,they rush through like they were in such a hurry.
What a classically beautiful all purpose heirloom baby blanket. Thanks so much for showing us how to make one for ourselves. Patons Grace did it up so beautifully.
Did you use 166 stitches? They don’t work evenly for me somehow. I wonder what I’m doing wrong??
Absolutely a gorgeous blanket. Perfect for his christening. I will be saving this pattern for sure. Thank you for sharing. By now your little grandson is giving you loads of hugs and kisses. ❤gayle
Starting this today. I have the yarn and I couldn't resist the beautiful blanket. Thanking you for sharing.
Blankett , bellissima!!! Congratulazioni! From Italia
That is a sweet looking blanket. The new baby and mom will love it. Thank you for sharing. 😊💖
I’m making this right now and loving it. So easy. No starts and stops at ends. Easy to memorize. So textural. Love it!!!

I started making this to fit a queen size bed. Just started it. So far I just love it. Thank you for the beautiful pattern.
How did you size it up? How many chains?
@@1028rhbfwdh I just kept on adding on until I laid it across my bed to measure. I wanted mine to hang over the sides also.
What multiple did you use to enlarge this pattern?
That blanket is beautiful!

All of your videos are so informative and easy to follow, but that trick with the stitch marker was genius! Thank you for everything :)
I am so excited over this pattern. I am making à throw with a pastel multicolor yarn for my 12 years old nièce, she is going to love it for sure😂❤
Very beautiful baby blanket. Thank you
I had no idea you had a TH-cam channel. My most favorite baby blanket to make is your Modern Granny in peach and white. So glad I found your channel
Its a very gorgeous blanket
I love it. Beautiful blanket. Thanks
Love this pattern. Thank you.
Beautiful 🥰🌻 thank you 👍🏾
This blanket is gorgeous.
Brava e stupenda non o parole la farò di sicuro mi a colpito tanto
Love it! I ordered some of this yarn. I am expecting my first grandchild, they asked if I could make the christening blanket. 😍
This blanket is beautiful. Congratulations and blessings for your family. All babies are a blessing. I have work with this yarn before. It's really nice for baby's garments but it's a little expensive for a blanket. I have a Michael's store near me and the yarn it's $5 or $6 per skein. 😪
Bernat Softee Cotton could be a nice substitute. The yardage is a lot more in a skein
Thank you for sharing your beautiful work
Gorgeous 😍
Very pretty.
beautiful!
I love this stitch. Will definitely try it. Love your tutorials.
High quality video!!
