Becoming a firefighter: Bleep Test | Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service

  • The bleep test is one of the exercises you will need to pass as part of the fitness, aptitude and practical tests, to become a firefighter with Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service. The tests are:
    - 20 metre bleep test (you will be required to achieve level 8.8)
    - 1 x 35kg overhead press
    - 1 x 60kg single rope lateral pulldown
    - 28kg single rope lateral pulldown: 23 pulldowns in 60 seconds
    - ladder climb with leg lock
    - confined space crawl
    - equipment assembly
    - equipment carry

    This test is impossible I just can not get to that level and my test is on 5 days time 😭 my legs must be too little 😂
