I heard that you mentioned a few times of the instruction sheets. Do you have any further resources for us? Any website or blogs that we can reach you?
Apologies for not replying earlier but my intention for this site was to provide support material for the students I instructed based at the University of South Wales hence the mention of instruction sheets - they are supplied with a booklet I have produced to supplement the video content. Would you be interested in the possibility of them being emailed if you forwarded contact details?

@@orbit040 The difference is really the density of hair. The plastron - the chest piece - is has a higher density of horse or camel hair which gives it more spring and stability. You could also make the plastron out of the softer canvas resulting in a less firm chest area, depending on the fabric used though.

What s difference between the whole canvas and the chest canvas .
