hello if you are still having this issue i know the solution. You need newer graphics drivers. These may exist for your current graphics cards, and you can download them from the internet. Only download them from amd/nvidia/intel website, or using windows system programs. If newer graphics drivers exist they still may not be new enough. If this doesn't work you need a new graphics card with newer drivers
