This video didn’t even get to Hank’s death, Soroka’s injury, D’arnaud’s injury (and the 8 catchers era), Pache being a bust, the many outfielders, Will Smith’s tanking/turnaround, people hating Snitker, Austin Riley’s mvp season, Freddie’s beginning struggles, Ozzie’s absurd season, Swanson’s defense, Duvall’s RBIs (and that game 5 grandslam), lockeroom heros (Heredia, Joc, and more), Fried’s turnaround (in the regular season and playoffs), Matzek’s incredible year and ridiculous playoff inning, Luke’s incredible year and postseason turnaround, Freddie’s postseason slump and turnaround, the All-Star game leaving ATL (and other voting bill, name, chop, and location controversy), 2nd best fan attendance, NLCS and World Series mvps, parade, and so much more. It would be a multiseason tv show, not just a movie.

@@jermainesims8836 Agreed. It's so hard to rank all of the huge moments, and every single player in the lineup coming up huge at some point or another but it does seem fair to say that Eddie Rosario's 3-run HR off of Buehler and Tyler Matzek's 7th inning appearance were the stamps on the idea that the 2021 Braves were a different animal and just playing so far above anyone else at the time.
Never even faced an elimination game during an NLDS, NLCS, and World Series that what was apparently ranked statistically as the 2nd most difficult playoff path to a World Series win in the modern stat era.

If I could say something as a Yankee fan - you guys were *really* the *true* underdogs, and, in Professional Wrestling terms, the *ultimate* babyfaces. The '21 Braves went through so much, for lack of a better term, attrition, but.... you came from VERY far behind, and you ab-so-lute-ly fought back the whole time. And you kept fighting. And fighting. And fighting. Suddenly, you're avenging, well, everything and, suddenly, you find yourselves facing the final boss... the Houston Asterisks............ where you *immediately* made history with Soler's leadoff homer, and then *immediately* cemented yourselves as the *ultimate* good guys by stealing EVERYONE (and, stealing everyone, of all things) a free taco. This team is the reason why *no one* should give up; this team is the reason why you should *always* keep fighting, regardless of the odds against them. THANK YOU, BRAVES! You're a true inspiration to us all.

So many amazing stories from this Braves team. The acquisitions, Freddie enduring all the losing seasons. Snit waiting 40 years in the Braves org for his shot, Matzek’s story is well known. And to a lesser degree AJ Minter. Will Smith having some struggles and Braves fans wanting him out and then doesn’t give up a single run in the postseason, and was absolutely brilliant in the World Series. This Braves season is a testament as to how to overcome adversity and never give up.

I use to watch the ball games with my grandma over the past 13 years, we've seen the braves come up short so many times. Amazing video! Brought tears to my eyes. Well done!
As a life-long Braves fan that grew up in Marietta and who still lives in Georgia, I have fond memories of watching them when I was a kid with my grandfather and mom who were both HUGE fans. My grandfather passed away in 1992 while watching the Braves in his hospital room and my mom passed away from cancer in 2004 but I swear, as I was watching Game 6, I could almost hear and feel them on both sides of me sharing in the excitement as we watched that final out when the Braves won it all!
I knew they were up in Heaven with Hank Aaron doing the Tomahawk Chop, rooting for the Braves and with that last out, it was the perfect storybook ending. It was like God Himself planned the 2021 Braves season and victory as the perfect underdog movie to prove to all humanity that anything is possible when you have faith. With faith, we can overcome any obstacles thrown at us. When we love and support one another regardless of race, circumstances, or political beliefs - anything is possible!
Here is another thing I thought I'd mention that proves this couldn't have been scripted any better as a movie. Hank Aaron died on January 22nd of this year. The Braves had 44 wins at the All-Star break. They won 44 more games to get to the playoffs. They won the World Series on November 2nd, the 44th week of the year. Hank Aaron's number was 44.
That is destiny. This season was epic! I believe this season was God letting us know that even in these challenging times in which we live, when it seems that all hope is lost, that God is alive and well and that miracles are still possible when we have faith and persevere regardless of how bad things may appear.
I believe that God used the 2021 Braves season as a metaphor to show us that He loves this great nation and that it is still the land of the free and home of the brave(s).
This season united us all. Thank you Atlanta Braves for being the vessel that God used to show that through faith all things are possible!

I would say i am one of the biggest braves fan you will ever meet, and just reminding braves country that we started rough (our record) then losing Acuña, d'Arnaud, Soroka, and Ynoa, no one thought we were going to make the playoffs or even win the east. I love how you showed everyone that the Braves are not quitters and what we are made of. I am very impressed with the time and dedication that was put into this. Thank you!

WOW!!!! Can’t describe the emotions I have from watching this. I have been a Braves fan for over 45 years and it started when I would go to my grandparents house and if the. Braves we’re playing it was on the TV. My grandpa passed away before the 91 season and never got to see his Atlanta Braves in a World Series. He would have been so proud of his team now. As excited and great full for the “95” title I am, their was just something a little more special with this one. Thanks for the great movie and memories.

John Smoltz said this one was special because they weren’t supposed to win. In ‘95 they were expected to win after 2 consecutive losses in back to back World Series. No one expected them to win this year given all of their troubles.

The Braves are the Heart and Soul for the City of Atlanta in 2021 and it feels like Finally, the Monkey is Off Our Backs. With Injuries during the Season and Post Season, you would think that the Braves would lay down and Die. But their Hearts were in it and you could almost hear the words from the Team, "Never say Never". This 2021 Season is "One for the Ages" and for Hank Aaron. Let us not forget Phil Niekro too and Don Sutton (Braves Radio Broadcaster) All three died earlier this year in 2021 before the season began. Thank You Braves for bringing Home a World Series Tile for the Second time for Atlanta, 4th Overall in Franchise History. Hope we have more in the coming years.

Exactly 30 years after the first one in 1991, there is a new magical season for the Atlanta Braves…and this time it ends in euphoria, not disappointment.
There’s a reason the city held a parade for the 1991 team, even though they lost. The Atlanta Braves had never won a single postseason game until that year, when Steve Avery pitched 8.1 innings of shutout ball on the road to win 1-0 over the Pirates (he would win game 6 1-0 as well).
Both teams were under .500 at the All-Star Break. And both had to overcome the powerhouse dodgers.

been a Braves fan since 1983 once we moved back to the states from germany as my dad was in the army. i remember those lean years from 1983- 1990.Then came 1991 where they should have one the world series then if it wasnt for the base running blunder of lonnie smith. then 1992 came they were beaten by a better team then. 1993 by the time the nlcs came they were worn out. then 1995 when they won it they became the first baseball team to win the world series in three different cities. then watching them all the way them coming up short. last year they should have won the nlcs after being up 3 to 1. then this year was so magically i cried when acuna went down. but they pulled together and won the world series. NOW THE BRAVES FRONT OFFICE NEEDS TO RESIGN FREDDIE FREEMAN SO HE CAN RETIRE AS A BRAVE...

All this was going on the day before the postseason started.
    1. Out of 10 teams. 8th Favorite to Win It All. 🏆
    2. The only division winner with less than 90 W.
    3. 90% of people didn't have Braves making the World Series. Majority of that 90% didn't have the Braves beating the Brewers.
    4. Both #1 Seeds did not make the Championship Series/Pennant Round.
    5. The Team of The 90s has another World Championship.
IT HASN'T HAPPENED FOR 26 YEARS! THE ATLANTA BRAVES ARE TRULY AMERICA'S TEAM. THEY ARE THE WORLD SERIES CHAMPIONS. THE CITY OF ATLANTA IS NO LONGER CURSED.

Long time Atlanta Braves fan of 30 years. No matter what the future holds for the next incarnation of the team, the 2021 team was the most fun to watch that I had ever seen. With the 1995 team, Bobby Cox, like Earl Weaver would hold out for th 3-run homer that never came. The 2021 had the full package AND they were fun to watch. I doubt that will ever be repeated.
There are three feature films waiting to be made about this 2021 Braves team. They are:
    1. Incredible run after the deadline 3-games below .500 with a brand new outfield and a staff of bullpen pitchers that were the best in MLB the last six weeks of the regular season.
    2. The story of Braves manager Brian Snitker.
    3. The Tyler Matzek story.
Name a team in any era of MLB that can top what this 2021 Braves team did this year with so much adversity to overcome.
