@roserookie306 you probably didnt turn it far enoug the last time, the there is 1 big hole on the top/bottom that goes through the cylinder. when not turned correctly it will be pointing towards the top teeth and the back of the throat, if this doesnt help please consult ur orthodontist

Every time my father turns it the rhing slips out of the hole and into the back of my throat and it hurts what is going on
