This is such a beautiful cemetery and scenery. Love the little Robin and so cute that he was taking you to headstones. I can't get over the craftsmanship of the headstones, they are amazing. Thank you Sue ❤ take care and God Bless
It's not surprising that Ireland is one of the top ten places to retire! Alas,my wife isn't ready to leave Canada. That robin is a tiny puffball! Our robin's are three times bigger here. Those carvings are exquisite, and what's more amazing is there is no room for error. I appreciate the effort you go to for us to enjoy these videos,Sue.
The robins were amazing as they followed, or you followed. 😊. The scenery and views were gorgeous. Oh the crows were a noisy bunch. Amazing old stones too.
Hey Serenity Sue!! I'm new to your channel and your videos are amazing. I have so much Irish Ancestry and would love to visit...until then..I have your channel. Thank you for sharing your content with us!!
This is definitely a keep returning to place. Every headstone was so different, not only in shape, style and design but the engravings and writting also. The little Robin did yoy proud Sue, guiding you to remember so many from years gone by. The old ruins of the buildings have been so well cared for it has preserved them for us all to see. I am so amazed by the designs on the headstones, just to think that the nearest and dearest of these people decided on how they wanted their loved ones remembered by choosing a design specifically for each one. 'A feather. A Robin and Butterfly too, are all reminders that the Angels are with you.' Blessings to you Sue, thank you so much for sharing this with us all 💕🇦🇺
Another great presentation as only you both can do,was nice to have your own little tour guide as well, just cannot stop being amazed at the craftsmanship by those back then with so little tools,👏👏👏🇦🇺
I’d give just about anything to be there with you! I could spend all day every day wandering the cemeteries. I feel when you read their names it brings them back. I try to imagine their lives. They are beautiful.
What a beautiful cemetery dear Sue!!! Really enjoyed this video, Ireland's cemeteries are so different from what I'm used to here in South Florida. Thank you for sharing all those beautiful places with us❤
Thank you, Sue, for another wonderful stroll through Glendalough! So beautiful and such amazing tombstones! I loved the little robin and the quarreling crows!🤗
So incredible!!! So many stones with names of those whose line has died or they have been forgotten. The scenery is great and that sky is lovely. Thank you for taking us two times. I am in love with this one for so many reasons. God Bless
Hi Sue! That robin really seemed to know his/her way around. I love that 18th century lettering font too. Many of the older stones in that graveyard look to be in better condition than those we see at other places. I had to hit the pause button so I could check out the stonework on St Kevin's Church. 🇦🇺 🇮🇪
Oh that's impressive too, I had to unfortunately cut the video several times as that place was very busy and by the church is the main path way to a very scenic walk ❤
@@SerenitySueGraveyards It's good to know that people are starting to get out and about in groups again. If what I've seen here is anything to go by it might take time though because it's likely to be a process rather than an event. A lot of people here - myself included - are still very wary. 🇦🇺 🇮🇪
That robin really likes you. That’s amazing how those headstones has held up. I know trees are nice but it seems the roots move the ground and headstones. Thank you sue for another great one. ♥️
Beautiful old cemetery. Love the Robin’s tour. This is truly a wee bit of Irish history. Thank you Sue. By the way. Really like the new introduction sequence. Well done. Grand indeed☘️😍

Gorgeous. I don’t know how In the world they carved those stones. I just don’t get it, amazing. I believe the crows were fighting for the window seat 😂

Hey Alfredo ❤️
What do the hammer and plyers mean??
As far as I know it's the tools either used by the carver or used in the crucifixion ❤
