This is the first video to feature a Guild F-512 12-string.
Scott Slusher and Ken Benson were in a band with me in high school, so they drove out from CO for this little reunion gig. It was fun, but a bit rough around the edges, since we only had the weekend to rehearse.

I just came across a video of these guys someone shared on FB and I almost just skipped it. Dam. million dollar talent waiting for discovery. This guy could sing in any musical situation. Studio work, jingles, lead vocals in any band. We will all be here to celebrate when it happens.

OMG, this is so spot on and beautifully performed to perfection. Mike's unbelievable ability to inhabit and transform his voice to match and sound like the original performer just blows my mind. From Simon and Garfunkel, David Bowie, Elton John, Radio Head, Toto,.. he's does it and pulls it off masterfully. Also the insane guitar accompaniment makes it a total cream of the crop of performances.

As a lifelong guitar player, i have watched several of your videos and this is just raw professional grade talent. Pete Townsend said in an interview I saw "Lot's of people can play guitar and sing but you have to take all that and make something more" You have done that and it's incredible. I don't know if it's your intention to make it big or just have fun but whatever it is you wish for, I hope it all comes through and your talents are recognized!
