Balancing is the most logical answer...unless you want gameplay like WoW in pvp where everyone has godlike powers which sounds great but its also impossible to kill anyone in pvp battles

Doesn’t dream demon mean it’s like 3 second sleep but with cursed nightmare you can wake up when hit by attacks, this just means they will be perma asleep for the duration regardless if they are hit or not

You CAN work on the masteries from other weapons if you want to have the option to play different weapons in the future, but they won't be active unless the weapons are actually EQUIPPED. Which makes sense. Can you imagine the massive time-gated wall that would be in front of every new player if you could benefit from every single mastery at the same time?

You have to invest your points into the nodes in each circle, you'll unlock 2 passives in every circle from all the mastery trees, so you don't have to commit to any of them, you can unlock them freely as you want

Correct. It's just like how it works now: You CAN level the masteries of weapons you aren't using (should you want to play them in the future or as an off-spec), but they don't activate unless you are actually using the weapon.

staff masteries - attack path - wave boost formula (15:17 time of the video) - by range I suppose they mean the aoe reach increases, not the distance u shoot it from right ? also, does this also apply for the specialization of serial fire bombs (the 1 big bomb) or onlyfor the basic version of that skill ? anyway for pve purposes as a staff user I would say mana ball erruption. inferno wave boost, forbidden pact, flame detonation, burning explosion, spirit of perservence, eternal prayer, fiery ascetism, magma ball will be good
So im currently lvl 20 on my main weapons, and have just been leveling the other weapons to 8-10 for now. I had hoped leveling other stuff would benefit me when mastery rework hit, for my main weapons, but it seems like its only useful if you plan on switching.... sadness.

@@ransomware8223 It's an equivalent but it's actually called that,. It's the bow version, on bind skills, and some bow kills and passives can proc on it. It's so you can get your damage increase on a CC'd target effects still working when you're attacking a boss that's actually CC immune.
So if have quite a few lvl 10 skills and couple 16s youll actually have alot of points rather than the little benefit it provides now not maining 2 skills for CP lvl

U missunderstood Dream Demon (tactict) on wand...Its basicly sleep, but you dont wake them up when u attacking them not that u cant attack them...Super good so people dont wake up target which u slept...

i was confused about the changing class for crosbow/dagger to gs/spear and now i am %100 sure and a bit sad for time wasting. The devs will nerf gale and after this weapon skill tree gives us only movement speed and off-hand double attack chance. Yea time to use 2 skill with gs for pvp and no mana hungry aoe machine Spear for pve.
Dude it's a joke and the devs full well know people invested into that weapon as a main dps option and said naa fuck yall if you wana main dps pick another weapon and try again and I hate that shit developers basically forcing players to play the game a specific way instead of giving people the Freedom to play how they WANT as the game as intended. I think thats correct but its for main weapon. Sof you are using sns/gs your sns skills will literally do 0 damage but gs skills will not be affected

It's probably a translation order error and it will only reduce your weapon damage once

if you want to switch your staff to longbow, you can convert all your levels to longbow.

@@ibrahimsarcaoglu2738 sns got more dmg reduction? Did we watch the same video? SnS got shafted. They get dmg on their PvE farming skills but they lose shyd ton of defenses - ALL DEFENSES, even magic def which is hard af to get high.

Dunno for now how about pvp, but wand looks neat for pve for sure, aplying ToD with hits ? And having 8% to deal remaing curse dmg + keep curses up ? Holy pve dmg.

Spear and gs good but spear n dagger with teevern broken for large scale
The xbow masteries are terrible but at least the dagger masteries synergize extremely well with xbow, only downside is now xbow is even more forced into only being used with dagger
so does this not look good for people who have multi builds? people thought if you had 20 on one weapon you could have 80 on ALL weapons. but it seems like each one only converts to what IT had.
Yeah, ideally you will have as much mastery as possible with just 2 weapons, cause the amount of points you need is kinda insane
I swear this further convinced me that AGS hates Longbow, wtf is that offense passive? An 11% chance to get all your bullseye stacks back, ah you mean the stacks that are used for badically 1 whole ability.. but then you have the Eternal Bondage which is gonna make all the melee cry so they'll nerf it day 1
i was confused about the changing class for crosbow/dagger to gs/spear and now i am %100 sure and a bit sad for time wasting. The devs will nerf gale and after this weapon skill tree gives us only movement speed and off-hand double attack chance. Yea time to use 2 skill with gs for pvp and no mana hungry aoe machine Spear for pve.

Dude it's a joke and the devs full well know people invested into that weapon as a main dps option and said naa fuck yall if you wana main dps pick another weapon and try again and I hate that shit developers basically forcing players to play the game a specific way instead of giving people the Freedom to play how they WANT as the game as intended. But then they turn around and give the pure support weapon. DPS, options and now a support weapon is better than a weapon. That's ideal for long-range damage. Crazy bro
