I have to guess the shtick when Ortega come to Pasio for this arc. Since he's the heir to the rich family, he might have a say towards the development of Pasio School. Also the fact that he's one who designed the Team Star starmobiles could help as well. Although being a guy who easily get offended might cause some trouble.
I'm a former Pokemon Master Ex player, and I quit after recent summer event. My last unit I pulled for was Gardenia's pirate costume. Nowadays I'm standing on sidelines, but there's not much I can do to support the community. Guys, keep on believing; your most wanted characters will join eventually. Characters such as Florian, Katy, Mela, Brassius, Tulip, Kofu, Rime, Ortega, and Atticus will join eventually. I did want Carmine to come, she's the DLC girl. I also wanted the academy staff to join such as Miriam and Dendra. If anyone wants Kieran, you guys must continue to pray for him to join. There are still characters from previous generations have yet to get playable status or show up in some form, such as the professors Elm, Birch and Rowan. I was interested in the alternate elite four from the 2nd Scarlet Violet DLC. Other than that, I'm not motivated to play Pokemon Masters Ex anymore. Only time will tell when this game will cease services. On a side note, my main gacha is Honkai Star Rail. Also I play Genshin too.
Very interesting that they were able to mix Eri and Kukui's interests - school and wrestling and realizing dreams from scratch; I didn't know Eri likes wrestling watching SV gameplay though and thought maybe she's more of a glam rock music enthusiast, hehe.
She isn’t like the other trainers exactly… She has a personality that can connect with others well and be a person who can take challenges on her own. Thats what makes her unique as a character when comparing her to the others… You would be surprised on how much pokemon is holding back on her in other story sets
How deep it touched on the bullying again. 2:56-Lear knows it all too well. 4:19-Hilarious how they try to play oblivious about the obvious with Kukui and Masked Royal (Selene though is totally in the dark but Elio isn't)
Don[t forget about Time, the Language teacher and the Home Ec. teacher. Though Hassel will be there. He's not only the art teacher but an Elite 4 member too.

She holds Team Star's Fighting type badge and she was a top athlete.

Lear wasn't bullied. He was neglected by his mentors. but yeah they did do a pretty great job with this story.
5:27-If I remember Nemona was often avoided because people thought she was too good to be around. I feel Nemona should be involved with this too.
