  • Looking for a few options to mount your Bronco front license plate? Watch to see a few different ways that this can be done. I chose the bracket that I did as it doesn't interfere with radiator or air flow to turbo intercooler, it uses factory holes on modular bumper with factory screws, it doesn't obstruct adaptive cruise control, it won't interfere with area where fog lights will be installed later and it is easy to remove if that is necessary when off-roading.
    This is the bracket that I went with:
    Price for the capable bumper bracket is $42 shipped anywhere in the USA. $62 to Canada. Please include a shipping address with the payment.
    PayPal - wstanford277@yahoo.com
    Venmo Walt Stanford@Walt-Stanford
    PS This gentleman shipped out the bracket same day and I had it in my possession in a day or two very impressed. The craftsmanship is very good quality and it mounted up great. I also like that it can be easily removed for when we hit Moab later this year.

      You're welcome! You are going to love it! So much fun to drive and go offroad. Be sure to get some mud flaps as well to protect from rock chips. I have a video on that too, let me know if you have any trouble finding it. Thanks for watching! Bronco on! 😀

    Gotta have it in Texas too. And since it’s required, I went with a vanity plate.

    I refuse to put a plate on my truck in front, I think Virginia requires them also but I’ll have to get a few tickets b4 I do it.

      Lol, I like your attitude and agree! It looks so much better without it! I have a Mustang that hasn't gotten a front plate yet and so far so good! If this is the worst thing we do I figure we are doing too bad. ;)

    I have that one and bent it back down under more so its slants at a steep angle, not at a 90 like that

    Archetype Racing has one that bolts on to the 4 bolts to L or R if the sensor and below the lights. Billet aluminum. Mike is waiting on my truck to arrive! LOLOLOL

      Yes AR has a really nice one, embarrassed to admit I have one of those coming too. When it gets here, I'll do my best to compare and contrast placement, it should be out of the way of BajaDesigns Fog Lights in that position but we will see. I received the AR steps to go on OEM Ford Rock Sliders, but need to get the rock sliders before that takes place. Good luck with the wait, it will be here before you know it and is well worth waiting for!

    @Throttle-On John please tell me where you got the wrench and torque 40 head

      Hi Ronny! I purchased the torx bit T-40 on Amazon as well as the little wrench. It is a great addition to the tool kit to fill it in a little just in case. If you have any trouble finding them, please reach out.

    I bought a similar plate holder for my Bronco, but have not been able to budge the screws in my bumper what so ever. It is like they are welded on 😞

    It appears you may have lost some incline º by hanging it there

    • @throttle-onJohn
      @throttle-onJohn  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      True, it comes off so easy with 2 screws though so when the going gets rough, the mud flaps and license plate comes off.

    How about installing a factory bracket

    • @throttle-onJohn
      @throttle-onJohn  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I show the factory bracket location briefly in the video, it ruins the look of awesome bronco grill in my opinion, but it is up and out of the way.
