Idiot Proof Fry Bread/ Fried Dough

Hey what's going on my fellow Idiots? Welcome back to another episode of Idiot Proof Cooking. So today's episode was at the request of a subscriber- Mrs.Kelly. She had asked if I could make fried dough for the channel. I've always known it is fry bread but jumped at the opportunity to make some because this stuff is just so easy and so tasty. It always reminds me of carnivals because you'll usually find a vendor at one selling fry bread.

Ingredients:
-3 cups all purpose flour
-3 tsp baking powder
-1/2 tsp kosher salt
-3/4 cup whole milk
-1/2 cup water
-vegetable oil for frying
-powdered sugar for topping
-cinnamon sugar for topping

Like another commenter said, these are basically smaller elephant ears. Just slather them in melted butter before adding the cinnamon sugar 👍👍
Why bake bread when you can fry it? It is the greatest cooking method 😅
