    been looking for this for ages. my mom passed away and i had no idea how she made it. she liked to stuff her dough with very soft type of feta cheese (not the hard crumbly type) before frying. it was ridiculously good.

    I loved to see this video and how amazing are all the cultures and in some way they are all connected, I mean, Im Panamanian from Panama in Central America and here we do this fried dough or fried pizza exactly the same, is the same procedure, but here we call it Hojaldre or Hojaldra and is delicious!! ❤

    It is strangely comforting to see how closely your pantry items and mine resemble one another. Spice Classics, Goya, Botticelli and even the Bigelow tea!

    I never even heard of fried dough pizza! I should give that a try. I bet I could just use an ordinary deep fryer, since I always have it set up in my kitchen because I make a lot of French fries.

    • @Kenshin1913Vlogs
      @Kenshin1913Vlogs  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      +wilkes85 It is pretty good and fairly easy to do as well. You could definitely use a deep fryer you would just need to not close the top.

    Here is some random cooking tips for you. My new thing is coconut oil. Not only is it healthier for you but also it makes Very tender pork chops and good for deep friar cooking of salmon. The coconut for the salmon replacing other cooking oils goes well with my Miscato white wine and lemon juice salmon dish. It also keeps burgers and hot dogs moist and prevents them from sticking too the barbeque.

      +Colleen Anderson Interesting. I actually never used coconut oil before. I'll have to see how much it is at the store.

    What kind of oil are you frying in and how much do you use in the pan to fry the dough?

    • @Kenshin1913Vlogs
      @Kenshin1913Vlogs  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      We are using vegetable oil. I would use enough oil that would cover up to half of the depth of frying pan.
