Quitting Caffeine - A Worthy Challenge (or am I crazy for even mentioning it?)

    I actually gave up caffeine three months ago. At first it was very difficult but now I don't even like having it because it makes me too buzzed. What shocked me the most, is how tired I 'really' am. I need sleep and I feel like caffeine tricked me into recovering less....

      Great job! That’s my plan too. I’d rather Just eat some carbs for energy than take this stimulant.

    Hey Stew, getting into swimming and having an issue with breathing out while underwater. Not sure if you’ve had anyone else struggle with this but are there any drills you can do to mitigate the reflex that your body has to stop breathing out while submerged?
