Such a treat to see all these lovely young girls growing into their falconhood so beautifully (if noisily). Among my favorite moments: Three looking at each other in absolute surprise - “What the fluff, Mom?” - when Hartley departs with preymains , and Hartley looking to the skies later on - “Perhaps I didn’t think that through” - after entering (and escaping) the box containing 4 screaming girls! Your captions are always spot on, SK, and your videos are the best! ❤

Aw, names at last for our screamers 😍 They're turning into proper young falcons far too quickly, but they sure are fun while they do it. Thanks, SKH!

Screaming “little” cutie pies. Love the fluff. A little flapping practice too! Thank you!❤

It's so funny how they squawk so loudly when being fed, then get so quiet when the food disappears. Their expressions are so cute when that happens. just love how they observe and copy. I hope they stay cool in this heat.

It’s hilarious when they are all squawking in unison… four part harmony to come soon??? What a joy to see Alma, Zoe, Luna , Lucia and parents all doing so well❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️

Parents have to have nerves of steel at this stage. Seems Monty is (wisely) staying away from these enormous girls.

I'm sure Hartley is wondering why they "decided to have four chicks this year". "What ever made them so that"😂😂😂

Am just glad there is no WIND, cause when they get to do the ledge jump, whisk, in a moment they would be gone with no wing power parachute! Glad they all accumulated back to the nest.

If one (or more) of the chicks should "accidentally fledge" a little too soon, the volunteer ground crew can retrieve them and will probably take them up to the area by the top of the wall where the unfeathered monsters hang out at banding time. Mom and Dad will feed them there. I saw this happen a couple of times back in the old days. But when they start hanging out at the "fledge ledge" it still freaks me out!

So not ready for them to be on that ledge! 😮. But then, I don’t like heights, while they’re born to soar. Just not yet! Take it easy little ones, plenty of time yet. Thanks SKH, fun video❤

@SK_H, which one (or two?) has the squeaky voice like Monty? I'm hearing a higher pitch among them. Do they keep their beaks open to cool themselves down when it's hot?

Sorry, not sure who squeaks! Yes, panting or “gular fluttering” is done to keep cool.
