Why is there a difference in wait time for the activator for US and international ?
If I were to guess, they're using a chemical compound that is banned in Europe for the US, and a different formula for the US. Which would also explain why you didn't get an answer.
The directions on your packaging say to buff off the 2nd coat of activator. Also do wipe off top coat brush each time after applying to each nail because the remaining activator will harden your top coat bruah. I see you did not do that here. Why?
What shade of pink do you recommend if you want it a bit more pink?
