I just bought this exact bike a few weeks ago and have been having a blast riding it to work. I also own a record player (it was a gift from my wife, but don’t tell her that I prefer to listen to music on my iPhone), a MacBook Pro, and I love to get coffee at the local coffee shop in my town. As much as it pains me to say it, I think you might be on to something here. I like my coffee with oat milk though. 🤣
I don't know what it is about reviewers, but whenever they get on a bike that is not the accepted 'norm' ie 200hp, full of angular lines and ridden by morose shaven headed men wearing astronaut suits (see, we can all do cracks at different biker genres) they get very defensive as if by getting on one, their very masculinity is threatened. Chill dude. And anyway this is no Hipster bike, it's an old man's bike (ie people like me, 61 and been riding since before Jesus was born) Plus, you should be grateful to Hipsters for keeping the beard oil industry going...
sfbdotcom tbh I align more with the hipster look than anything else. Skinny jeans, tattoos,(had a beard but became a firefighter), but one thing I will not tolerate is sitars....
Actually I feel this bike is nimble at parking lot, but I need to really move my body forward to keep it as upright as possible. One good thing of this long seat is that I can move forward and backward a lot as needed.
When you compare this bike to the Husky Svartpilen you rode one year ago, which one do you like better? Which one do you think is the better bike for beginners?
Svartpilen is far more nimble feeling at low speed and has more pep in its step. But really it’s almost comparing apples to oranges to compare the two. My friend that bought the svart that I reviewed still loves it and rips around on it.

Kawasaki should make a 70s version( Speed Twin, Street twin), I am in my 50s and find this style too old. It says 60s, do the math!! 60s is my father’s generation when he was Young, he is in his 80s.
Was this a bike review or a joke reel on hipster cliches......Just so happens that these “hipster” bikes are well priced , so people will buy them, perhaps instead of throwing a blanket cliche on them, consider them entry level or return to riding bikes or for older riders or people who like retro style. Whatever gets more people on bikes is a good thing. I suppose the reviewer thinks it’s better to buy a $$$ GS but never travel the world on it, or insane money on a Harley and ride once a week or sports bike where you never go near it’s limits. Give me a Hipster bike any day. Been riding 25 years and currently on the king of hipster bikes a Ducati Scrambler.
“Drive this to the closest locally-owned, cruelty-free, organic coffee shop...” Exactly what I did on mine this morning 😀

@@cantdowhoolies not even if they are in a hand-knitted Alpaca wool case? Disappointed....
I prefer organic cruelty free lhama apparel.

Holy crap! I just realized this is my home town!! Small world!
Hahaha. Awesome! Come out and ride with us!
I need to head over to Wayne's and get my annual quart of Amsoil for my Grom. Also congrats man 😉😉
I didn’t know hipsters ride motorcycles. The ones in my town are on unicycles
😅😂😂😂

Would you prefer this over the non-cafe version?
The cafes windscreen seemed to push wind straight into my chest and chin. So I’d rather just not have that windscreen.

Glad I made you laugh!!! That was my pathetic attempt at comedy
Lol go have a bud light at TGI Fridays and watch a baseball game
Ewwwwww. Bud light?!?! I indulge in cheap whiskey, hookers, and top notch cocaine!

no throttle were molested during this test =/
Ragimund VonWallat twisted it a bit but I’m not really allowed to flog on the dealerships bikes and I can only go about 10 miles on them
@@cantdowhoolies i understand, sorry for the annoyance
