I like that unlike most youtubers you didnt just start it by saying "turn off background programs" and common sense things but all these things i didnt know so thanks
Thank you so much I’ve been streaming my choppy clips to the boys for years
If you're using lenovo legion notebook(mine is legion 5i) there is an option(Network boost) in lenovo vantage(Lenovo control panel) that priority internet load balancer which makes all the bandwidth focus on the game. Turn that off and your stream should be better
you are a life saver thank you so much
omg, it worked, thanks man
Oh shitt i see. Good lookins
Bro, for the last half a year i was wondering why all the solutions for this problem arent working. Until i read this comment of yours, thank you so much man, really
You're a Hero! Thank you so much!
Thank your this very well done and in depth video 👍
Be blessed!
Run as administrator fixed my problem, big THANK YOU!
Disabling the OpenH264 Codec solved all of my problems, THANK YOU! ! !
Thank you so much! Subscribes to you bc it worked.
Dang thanks dude I was trying to show MHW to my fiance and running disc in admin fixed it cheers!
W I really needed this
Bro I had no idea about the run as admin shii, I even had my wifi service upgraded bc I thought that was the issue. Thanks man
Admin worked for my friend, ty
Thank you!
OMG TYSM THIS HELPED SO MUCH I DONT LAG ANYMORE WHEN I STREAM :D
did you turn on the 2 settings ? with the gpu
Whenever I try to watch someone else's stream, or even when I watch mp4 files on discord, whatever I am watching goes black and glitches out a lot. Does anyone know a fix for this? (I have already tried clearing my cache, but not too much else)
I used to be able to do 1080 60 with no problems now all audio starts to lag like crazy
Thanks Brother..... I'm really thankful to you....
i do wonder if hardware acceleration reduces stream audio latency
I'm just trying to play a video file I ripped from a DVD. The file itself is fine, but it streams on discord at a very choppy frame rate.
thx a lot man
Whenever I stream, I can see the website when discord is open but whenever I click on the website it says that my stream is still running.
damn bro, you really saved my night, thank ya!
best channel ever, but my problem was the opposite. i had to turn on hardware video encoding
do you might know a fix for "watching discord screenshare causing connection problems to discord, but not in browser"
Thank you sir
Can you tell me how can I fix my black screen error in Ubuntu?
Bruh my discord streams are always laggy for some reason.
I try all this opstion but nothing changes -_-
Mh i have to try these tips. Friends told me, i have low fps in the streams. Ofc i didnt notise it. I play always with DSR 2.4 factor on my G9 5200x 1444p. No game runs near bad fps. My rig is build around the MSI 3090 ti OC. Well even with the 4090 out. She is still a Powerful Monster. I really wondering why. If my rig would have problems, i would notice it ingame wouldnt i?
thanks man
Damn idky but everytime I try to stream my discord it always freezes when I click on the screen that I stream everytime
So me and some of my friends are having a problem watching screenshares with audio. We can watch it fine for some minutes but then the screenshare is losing alot of frames and the audio starts the cut out. it only fixes itself by rejoining the screenshare. On Task manager the Internet spikes high and then its down until the screenshare is closest.
does anyone know how to fix this?
@@KevGotI wish brother I wish. Have a good pc & good internet. Discord or windows sucks ass I dont know why.
I have a very low end cpu and I know it is because of it, is their any way to fix that
I really hope this helps. I have had issues with streaming even tho i have a gigabit connection and a r9 5900x + 3080ti...
same specs for me and its fucking choppy Lmao
I’m running a i9-10900K + 3080 Ti and the stream was bad bad
did this help? i have same setup
@@Nicitys Launching discord as administrator fixed the issue for me. Apparently discord just doesnt have enough ressources to stream without lags.
@@Liicch thanks for responding back 👍🏼
disabling GPU acceleratin and All H264 codec features in Discord voice and video options fixed my rubber banding/stutterired frames
the video does help out but didn't fix MY issue
I did find a fix tho I had to go into bios tho, and change the graphics
from discrete to dynamic (cpu and graphics) I'm not sure why but that did the trick and this video helped too with the final touches
What does it mean to go into bios I want to try this?
I have ryzen 7 3700x and 3060ti, but my stream lags and looks like a slideshow, even when streaming 720p 30fps. Nothing helps.
same
I have the same exact set up lol, I turned off H.264 hardware acceleration and now it’s fine.
if the video didn't work go into bios and switch from discrete graphics (use graphic card for most) to dynamic graphics (shares between cpu and graphics) if its not that idk
@@therising5950 I actually found what was causing it for me. Turning off Nvidia Shadowplay overlay fixed it.
@@therising5950 How do you do that in Bios?
I mean i just seeing videos and post that ppl have the issue if they are streaiming but i have the issue WHILE watching the stream, i mean i can just watch ONLY a discord friend from a friend (doesnt matter who it is) i have the issue that the Stream is stuttering and making the "weird" noises aswell. And i tried to fix this issue since 9 Months men and i cannot find a fix, i also wrote Discord support and they coudlnt help to fix the problem, what they said "i am using a VPN" but i dont use any of typ VPN's lmao
Does anyone know how to fix streaming roblox and when I get to roblox it flashes white screen over and over?
thanks pardner
Turning off OpenH264 leads to a laggy stuttering mess of a stream. Leaving OpenH264 on crashes discord lol.. I don't know what the hell happened but it's a recent issue.
leaving the default discord settings on (h264 and hardware acceleration) I fire up my stream, my friends join and within 5 seconds discord says the stream is paused. I tab out of my game and all the sudden discord voice no longer works and I'm getting an RTC error which does not go away until I force close discord.
If I turn off H264 and Hardware Acceleration my stream "works" but it's practically unwatchable due to the amount of lag my friends see.
I've got a Nvidia 3080 and a Ryzen 7 5800X3D with a gigabit fiber connection, makes 0 sense (also a Nitro sucker)
Does anyone know why is my whole computer lagging when I'm streaming on discord, with a 3070 Ti? I just don't understand why it's using 100% of my gpu
why is hardware acceleration not there?
My problem was actually not running discord as administrator which for some reason lowered my stream fps to like -1 fps per second.
fps per second
do you mean if you dont run as admin this happens? or that if you do run discord as admin then this will happen??
@@invaxooo frames per second per second
@@katon.9893 😂
How to high resolution movie night in phone help pls
for me turning on H.264 hardware acceleration on stopped the lag for streaming might be because my cpu is shit and i mostly play CPU hungry games
H.264 is run on the cpu
Hardware acceleration is the GPU.
Might be the GPU is bad.
@@Savitarax I thought H264 is GPU and x264 is CPU
Just let me use OBS for encoding the stream I want to share on discord bc discord's screen sharing is bs anyways
I wanted to know how to fix the Pixel problem
For some reason turning on vpn fixes the stream for me. Nothing else works.
why did I know exactly what the sound effect, BIP BOP BIP BAP looks like
if i stream League of Legends, my discord stream is absolutly lagging and stuttering. if i play GtaV and stream it via discord aswell, its 100 percent fine. wtf???????????
league is more CPU bound heavy
@@darkvoid364 so is GTA V, maybe it has something to do with the framerate in-game? I'm also experiencing the same problem
For some reason i tried everything and my stream still runs on 5 fps, i followed all the steps to it but sadly only thing it did was stop it from being a blackscreen, i dont know if theres a program affecting these streams. (I did close unused programs)
its just discord being discord
Maybe the issue from your AMD/Nividia settings
Ya same been doing it for 2 days now
runing as administration worked
I dont have the same setting option as you....
How to fix sharescreen in discord? Everytime i share my screen, the viewers would say that its laggy and everytime I speak my ping goes up
ya me too i hope there is a fix for that
Have been having the same issue for a month, does anyone know a fix?
I also have this kind of problem too. Have been trying so hard to fix this problem but nothing work :(
@@annoyingdog2460 have u found anything??

the dancing bunny video 💀💀
what about on mobile?

same thing happens to me and im even wire to wifi
It's called rubberbanding-- the BEEP BOP BEEP BOP. xD
2023 version?
thanks'
"Click for bunny dancing" Please don't click that until the end of time.
Watching a friend's stream, my sound goes faster than the picture, has someone encountered this guys, does this have a solution?
Hey, did you solve the problem? I had the same problem and I tried absolutely everything I could. If you solved it, please share how.
i love you
Here before quality options 😎
Spmetimes when I stream there's no audio
You have to stream to the specific thing so if your streaming TH-cam when you start there is a TH-cam option click that and should share your audio and works like that for games games
Your issue may need to be fixed by reinstalling discord. For me, I was never able to application share my browser with audio until I completely reinstalled discord, and then it was fixed.
I tried it all. "Technical support" doesn't care and is stupid. My 12700k has more than enough to run RE4R and stream. There was a time where it worked perfectly, even with my old 7700k and Hunt, a f'ing crytek game!! The fault lies on Discord. And on me for getting Nitro. Well, no more! :) Good luck to all chumps out there paying for it.
this shit better work
I stream gameplay to my girlfriend, I have a 3080ti & i9 12900k and the stream always lags for her. I hope this will fix it
Did it fix it?
Wow
Never run discord as administrator!
It does not offer any performance benefits!
It does not give you more resources it just gives you more file permissions!
Running discord as administrator is just a security risk.
thank you do neba
didnt work
non aitua
Do not disable Hardware Accelerated Encoding. Nvidia and also Amd graphics cards are using a dedicated chip for video encoding. Nvidia has been using this chip since the 700 series, and amd's first approach was around the time of the Radeon HD 7000. I'm not sure exactly when, but every modern card should have the chip.
It's nvenc for nvidia and vce for amd. If you happen to have a card with this chip, it is recommended to use it with hardware acceleration encoding on.
If u have it on you can’t stream Netflix and Disney plus so I need to keep it on
@@iWinki yes u can mook, the fuck
UGH WHY DOES EVERYONE HAVE THAT FUCKING SETTING BUT ME
bruh, a minute ago
Ignore this Utter nonsense,
Dont use FAST Vsync.
You're welcome
i love you daddy
But who uses discord to stream?
Maybe just the developers, this streaming program is awful poorly programmed poorly optimized and scripted by amateurs, streaming NEVER work.
If you want to solve this problem, switch to any other program and you won't have any problems.
I hope you are not G
