I recently went to the Art of Living advanced meditation retreat in Rishikesh. And in this video, I am sharing my experience about how the program was and what actually happened in the course.

Is it safe for woman to go alone there ?
Absolutely 💯, I have been to rishikesh for Art of living programs, alone twice now. It's been fun each time. I travelled from Nagpur in Maharashtra to Delhi, and took a cab solo from Delhi to rishikesh. The entire journey was awesome. Rishikesh itself is very safe. The place where AOL ashram is right on the ganga shore. Surrounded by many other gurukuls and ashrams. And big hotels and restaurants... It's very safe. 😊

wanna ask that triple sharing ashram is in ashram building a or is it a separate building?
Accommodations are there in the same building and in a different building as well. Pls call and confirm with them beforehand

Their website will pop up, and You can check courses happening there, dates and timings etc. and get contact information regarding the courses.. in their registration link. Just go to the website.. you can call any random number you find there.. baki wahise age apko woh bata denge.. me kaise karna na sab. Ya kis se contact karna chaahiye etc
