in Rishikesh - The yoga Capital of India.
A month which helped me to start, understand and go deeper into my Yoga journey, I was in this extremely beautiful and serene Yoga Ashram in the month of April 2023. There are so many yoga schools but I think I must haven't connected to the energy of anywhere else like this place. It is traditional yet modern.
This video is close to my heart and as Rishikesh Yogpeeth is not only a place but an emotion, I hope you will be able to resonate and connect to the essence which I tried to capture in very last few days of our Yoga teacher training.
For these 4 weeks, We were just away from the chaos of our daily lives and just being here , learning about Yoga & also self, meeting so many amazing souls from all over the globe, and despite of our busy schedule for whole 4 weeks we had lots of fun too :)
Each and every single person here is so humble, we learned a lot from our amazing teachers , and yes one cannot forget the simple yet delicious food, OMG!!!

Helloo, I am thinking of going here soon, did you stay in the ashram the whole period, or were you able to go down to the center when you needed? I’m a bit worried that if I choose this school I won’t be able to see the center of Rishikesh that much, compared to the schools in Upper Tapovan
Hey, we could visit on our weekly day offs but have to come back before it gets dark.
I stayed for couple of days in Rishikesh (Tapovan) before the training started to experience Maa Ganga Aarti and market at evening or night.

Hey, just wondering how many times you or other people there felt like walking into Rishikesh? It's 5km away but is it a bit of a trek to go up/down the hill and you would likely not go there often or at all? Seems like beautiful surroundings there but i wonder how easy it is for getting into Rishkesh a few times if you take a course there. Thanks.
Hey ! The hike is not very tough! Just 25-30 mins and taxi is easily arranged. My friends went down to the market mostly on every week offs.
Which room you got ? And please tell me about the privat and twin shared room
All rooms are same, beautiful cottages, you can chose sharing or private accommodation just the price varies a little bit.
I am 33 , getting panic attacks can they help me with yoga ?
So am I. Yes definitely!! This is started from beginners and you will see the improvement while the course comes to an end. All teachers are amazing and helpful.🙏🏼

Hi I did it in April and it is amazing.
I’ m thinking about 200h teaching course here in August but I’m afraid of rainy season , beacuse it Can rain every day in this month .

Not very far away from main town! But Its 4-5 kms away and then 25-30 mins trekk.
