Thanks for the detailed review PJ! It looks flimsy af without extra weight to weigh it down. Also would prefer to rack the bar with pegs sticking out on the side rather than racking it into the holes in the rack. You get what you paid for and at that price, it does the job to an extent.
The plate storage helps to stabilize on this unit. The RitFit M1 Rack/Smith Machine/Functional trainer is up next (it has a smith machine with pegs like you prefer).
Nice review. Everybody wants aluminum pulleys because they are slightly smoother and look nice but I promise you that your cables will last longer with nylon pulleys.
Did you have issues with incline press? I have the RitFit bench and it’s a base is so long that I can’t get the right angle. What kind of bench do you have in this video?
Just confirmed with RitFit staff: Lat Pulldown:1:1 pulley ratio Low Row: 2:1 pulley ratio Thank you for supporting the channel! I really appreciate it! 🤘🙏💪
RitFit does make what you are looking for. It’s the M1 Rack. It’s a rack with a built in functional trainer and a smith machine. I just got it. Review coming soon!
@@rooseweltsonbellefleur633 To be honest - I am not sure. I just know that this is the latest version. Not sure about what details they improved upon as compared to the earlier version.
I am excited about your basemmet renovations, i really look forward to those videos.
Thank you! Me too. It’s taking a lot longer than I thought it would. Can’t wait to be finished! 🙏

True.
Yeah it’s got some value to it. I had issues racking mine at times and was scary so I stuck to rows and rack pulls
What kind of issues?

I had no issue. I believe I am using the Harbor Heavyweights FID bench in the video.
Does this unit have a 1:1 ratio on pull down and low row?
Just confirmed with RitFit staff:
Lat Pulldown:1:1 pulley ratio
Low Row: 2:1 pulley ratio

I think for the price point it serves it purpose, as a cheap body building tool.
It has great value for someone like me who has a cheap home gym.
Yes. It’s definitely not high end, but it is a great value for what it delivers for the price tag.
If they would have just added two more uprights it could have served as a regular rack as well.

More machines are cool🏋️♂️
Yes! 🙌
Is this the 2.0 or older one?
This is the 2.0 version
What is the difference between 1.0 and 2.0 I’m trying to get one can’t decide wich one

Not for me, but solid review as usual
Thank you, Brother!!! 🤘🙏💪
