This helped me out a lot because I have big bulky yarn and I have a lot of it but I don't have a hook to crochet with it normally so this helped me a lot thank you ❤
One of my favorite cat toys is to finger crochet a length and then finger crochet that length. I find myself doing both at the same time with a stitch marker (usually the other hand) on the second chain. The reason being that I want the end result to be about 2 - 2 1/2 yards. You dangle one end and the cat snags it, you then dangle the other end and it gets caught in the other paw. You then have a marionette, lol.
This makes no sense. This is supposed to to learn how to make kids know how to crochet without a hug didn’t help me at all.
I’ve been looking for hobby’s and crocheting sounded fun ik it seems hard and Giel consuming but j wanted to try and I don’t have access to a hook so ima watch this and I hope it helps lol!

I wanted to start crocheting but i don't have access to a hook and probably wont anytime soon, so this was the best thing i could've ever found. If the crochet hyperfixation doesn't leave in a few weeks, I might actually get a hook, but until then I'll keep using your tutorial, thank you!!! ❤❤

great for a survival situation. No hooks or yarn? Make baskets or clothes out of dry grass or palm leaves. Or scrape bamboo or palm to get their fibers, use a rock weight and your hands to hand spin into a yarn, keep plying to make rope, or take yarn and make clothes or fishing nets using finger crochet. If you can get a pot or bowl, start a fire and boil the bamboo in a mixture of water and wood ash and youll have even softer finer fibers to spin.

This went just a little too fast for me to get the hang of it. I may have to try another way to learn how to do this. I mean it's great if you know what you're doing to begin with, but if you are just starting out, you may as well have been speaking a foreign language to me (personally)😢

I did use finger crochet with thick roving yarn to make cat beds. I used one finger like a hook. I did have to take a few breaks but they actually turned out fantastic. With my arthritis, I know I can't finger crochet with smaller yarns. Maybe years ago, before my joints swelled up. Great idea for traveling.

@@reginealcantara8896 Short answer is no. I am not technologically able to make or upload videos. I did a basic circle increase to the size I wanted and then stopped increasing and made the sides as tall as I wanted. I made some sides really tall to double over for more sturdiness. There are several videos out there that show the cat bed with crochet hooks and I just substituted my finger for the hook. I have arthritis and my finger did get sore but I rested and then continued. Sorry I can't help more.
