Oh this is NERDY and I'm here for it. I completely forgot about K'anpo being a Time Lord so I welcome the fact you included him I do think it was a shame though that you didn't use the Devious fan film version of Troughton's regeneration, imo it was a perfect way to show the actual punishment the Doctor went through plus it actually features Jon Pertwee. And it feels a bit less fan-filmey than the version you showed
Any chance you can add some of the Big Finish regenerations as well- the Eight to the Nine, Ollistra, the Full Fathom Five Doctor, the Eleven, and others?
I mean, maybe, but that'd be just audio against a black screen or a still picture. Plus if I add Big Finish then I'd have to do all the other expanded media, and who knows how many regens are in all of them. Much easier to just stick to the on-screen regenerations and keep it at that.

Shouldn't you include the scene when the Master possesses Tremas in The Keeper Of Traken? It's not exactly a regeneration, but then some of the ones you've included here probably aren't either.
All of the ones in this are either complete or interrupted regenerations. Master to Tremas wasn't a regeneration, just the Master stealing Tremas' body. Essentially a consciousness transfer with the body de-aging for...some reason.

No, the crash outright killed him because it was so sudden and he didn't have time to regenerate from it. The Sisterhood brought him back to life temporarily, and then the elixir kickstarted a regeneration and allowed him to heal and remain alive.
Knowing what we know now about regenerations - that it's a completely different version of the Doctor and not just a face change - it's very hard for me to see Two's regeneration into Three as anything but a straight up execution done by the other time lords.

"Time Lord" Cybermen can be killed. Shoot them.12 times, no more regenerations or just kill them in the middle of the regeneration process. Established canon. Oh, I forgot, Chibs doesn't do established canon. Watching Timeless Children and Power of the Doctor just reminds me that this was when Doctor Who stopped being a good show. Timeless Child gave us an actual explanation for the Doctor having additional regenerations, and addressed the additional faces shown in 4th Doctor story "Brain of Morbius" - far better than Clara asking a hole in the wall nicely
When the third Doctor regenerated into the forth it was such a anticlimax after five fantastic years Jon deserved better than those no so special effects.
This is a great compilation. Only wish the show had never been dumb enough to do the whole "Cyber Masters" plot, I'm still mad about that after all these years. Also, seeing it now, how easily they get killed compared to ordinary Cybermen is laughable. One shot? Pfffftt Useless armor.
