I think Americans don't like Luffy because a European won Evo. If i remember correctly Luffy is the first non Asian to win Evo. Considering europeans make up a very small % of applicants for Evo - probably even less than japanese its a great feat. Also at evo he beat mago, tokido, bonchan, fuudo, pegera, momochi, and i think kazunoko and others i cannot remember to win Evo. No American ever has done that and probably never will.

I found excellent adventures and everything that came with the FGC during these years. It completely changed with esports. I miss mike. He held it down for genuine original entertainment. I rewatch all the episodes and tournaments when I have nothing better to do/watch. Good moments in these times. Enjoy the content.
Mago started with the K-Bad thing back at Evo last year. I was running the bracket for quarterfinals and K-Brad lost to a local so-cal Ibuki player Thrillhouse. Mago ask me how the brackets are going waiting for his match of course. I showed him the bracket and he just blinked at it. he shrugged looked right at me and said "oh....K-Bad" and K-Brad was 5 feet away from us.
30:40 most underrated character is Hakan seriously he is underdeveloped but the potential is godlike. Somehow I feel he'll be really explored after sf5 comes out
