Delta Lead Scientist Dr. Lisamarie Windham-Myers will provide an update on recent Delta Science Program activities.
Agenda Item 5 - Discussion: Food webs Review
The Delta ISB will discuss progress on addressing public comments received on its draft review, Exploring scientific and management implications of upper trophic level food webs in the Delta. The goal of this review is to assess how to better incorporate and advance food web knowledge in managing the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta’s ecosystems and to identify what tools are available or should be developed.
Agenda Item 6 - Discussion: Decision-Making Under Deep Uncertainty Review
The Delta ISB will discuss progress made on its decision-making under deep uncertainty review (see prospectus). The review will build an understanding of the scientific tools and concepts that can increase the capacity to
anticipate and adapt to the growing uncertainty of future conditions in the Bay-Delta system.
Agenda Item 7 - Discussion: Subsidence Review
The Delta ISB will discuss progress made on its subsidence review (see prospectus). This review will synthesize and evaluate the state of science related to subsidence management in order to provide recommendations to inform and guide ongoing and future subsidence management.
Agenda Item 8 - Public Comments
The Delta ISB will take public comments on topics within its jurisdiction that are not on the agenda.
Agenda Item 9 - Preparation for Upcoming Meetings
Agenda Item 10 - Review of Items for Follow-up
Staff will provide a summary of any follow-up items for individual members to address after the meeting.
