I'm assuming the modern craftsman is very popular because I see so many. I personally think they aren't anything like the originals. The classic craftsman is an amazing design.
The dining room window casings, wainscotting, and pilasters are nice, but the house was sadly stripped of its original craftsman characteristics. I'd hardly call the adhesive adornments on the windows 'craftsman'
Michael, my sister in Maryland sent me this video. I am a realtor in the Los Angeles area and want to tell you it's one of the most tasteful things I've seen. It would make ANYONE fall in love with this Craftsman house. My obvious question is, what did it sell for? Clint Lohr, Keller Williams Burbank.
The windows....not sure whether to laugh or cry. That faux inner frame is just ridiculous....and super cheap. Tiles on floor of front porch? Hideous. Nasty, nasty "restoration".

Uggh, what is going on with those windows? The black lines don't even join up - seem stuck on...please tell me I'm mistaken.

Its beautiful but i dont like is that couch in the kitchen,bad bad tast.
Too close to Aurora Ave. and 45th street traffic. Noisy.
