    Love, Love, Love this workout. Thank you so much for sharing. It's great when the roller is used with traditional moves instead of just rolling out muscles. Appreciate it!!

      Thanks Laurie Rose!! The roller is such a fun tool to integrate into Pilates, both for support and a little extra challenge. So happy to hear you're enjoying the workout!

    Loved this routine. Bridges on the roller really target back of the leg fast. I just can't do planks because of shoulder pain.

      Happy to hear that you enjoyed it Susan! You're right about the bridges - trying to control the roller, really turns the hamstrings on! Planks on the roller are also pretty intense. If you'd like to work on them, try it without the roller on your knees or even against the wall so you don't compromise your shoulder. Thanks for watching!

    I love this workout, but I'm almost 60 with a rheumatoid pain condition and a plank is outside of my ability for now. Is there a way to modify that for those not ready for a plank?

    • @LisaDayHarvey
      @LisaDayHarvey  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Mary, thanks for watching and for the great question! Yes, there are a variety of modifications that can make plank feel better in your body while still providing a good stability challenge. Where are you feeling pain or too much intensity in plank? Is it the pressure on your wrists that makes plank uncomfortable?

    Tried it... And died. Audio way better. Only part I mastered was the "little wiggle"

      That's a win to start with! I have no doubt you can do this without dying =)
