Bro great video 6:27 - You can just order 3-4 samples from 3-4 different suppliers to save time - which also make easy to track and test the quality of product . If you know that is what is selling good .
Thank you, glad you guys love it. And yes to speed things up you can test multiple suppliers at the same time and order like 1/2 items from each supplier depending on budget.
Can you make a video on how to outsource product photography, models, editing etc if you have any experience with that? Like if you want to make custom creatives for your brand instead of finding images and videos online. Cause I feel this is especially necessary for apparel to capture what your brand is about.
Just a thought, but a video on how you go about customer psychology and your customer avatar along with your whole finding the target audience and how you research it would be a game changer, only seen one other dropshipper talk about it
True this also helps when deciding on which interests to target. For example if you're running a kitchen store, the first interest that most people choose is "kitchen" but if you think on a more deeper and creative level there are a tonne of interests to test
Thanks for making this video, so much value ! Have you worked with suppliers before where you know one particular product is doing well and you want to make a high quality version of that apparel to dropship or you only sell what supplier has in stock?
You're welcome!! Glad you found my video helpful. I only sell what supplier has in stock and once I build a relationship, you can start asking them to source different blanks, etc. But tbh I made sure their blanks were good quality before using them. Suppliers won't tend to work with you if you're not giving them sales.
Hey man, thanks for the tips! A quick question, how do you keep track of the ordernumber in excel? Is this a script that automatically writes down the ordernumber of aliexpress and the shipment status in the excel sheet or are you doing this manually?
Is sizing an issue with dropshipping for example ive thought of selling fashion niche targeting uk will size be different because as you mentioned they have different sizes compared to western sizes is there a way around this??
How did you go about it? Do you just put asian sizes to the size charts or arbitrarily put their closest UK/US size analogues? Won't mentioning asian sizes drive customers away? I look around and notice dropshippers do sizing differently, I even noticed a lot of them don't even put size charts, just s,l,xl etc., and yet are printing money, how are customers even buying without size charts, I don't understand@@theecomzone
I launched ads from the get go, which was 4 years ago. Please check out my other videos for ad strategy and how I started my branded niche dropshipping store.
Broski, have you got anything on actual ad creatives? Do you just use the images from Ali or do you edit them and ad heading, backgrounds etc...Would love to see something on this. Thanks.
Depends on your niche but for mine dynamic product catalogue ads work well for me so I use AliExpress images. I don't edit them unless the supplier put watermarks over em. If your product need videos made then check out Alex the owner of Pupring and Anthony Vincent Camacho.
Thank you for your simplicity. Can I have a private discussion with you? I started my apparel business just recently after getting several e-commerce and digital marketing certificates from Google. But up to now, there are things that I'm still lacking. Coming across your video is like a heaven-sent to me. However, if you could give me the audience, it would mean a lot to my business Thank you advance

Do you use only 1 supplier or use multiple? Wanting to expand my website with other products but that means that they will be shipped separately due to multiple suppliers. Not sure how to go about this
Hey Julia, yes I work with multiple suppliers but the majority of my products come from a select few that I've worked with for many years. You can just mention in your shipping policy page that your items may be shipped separately to avoid damages to the parcel and/or because you operate from multiple warehouses.
@@theecomzone Thanks, I recently ordered 2 shirts from my supplier to test. It looks nice however there are some couple of loose threads and it is quite thin. 😭 would you think it is fine (i am quite skeptical) though I contacted them and asked for further quality control and they agreed.
You don't start a business with $0 especially dropshipping. E-commerce requires capital, skill, and time. Focus on making money from a job or freelancing whilst binging my content. You'll become more successful after watching my videos
i dont get it why the customer shop through shopify its not like amazon etc etc how they gonna discover our shopify shop only solution is high paid ad campaigns i suppose
You run paid ads to impulse buyers, you put the product infront of your buyers and you exchange value for their money. Organic posts also works if you know how to go viral. The key is to learn from the best content creators and see how they create videos then apply that to your videos.
How do you deal with supplier's tags on the clothing items? When customers see product tags have name and logo different from your store's brandname and logo, how do they react? Or do you somehow work around the issue?
I remember replying to this comment elsewhere but essentially you don't really need to worry about that at first. Focus on getting sales then worry about customising and requesting for branded tags to be removed. It's why I prefer POD dropshipping with hoodies and tees so my suppliers don't need to cut anything off
@@theecomzone Amazing bro, thank you for the quick reply. And for returns, Is it normal to give consumers a Chinese address for returns? Or is it better to refund the customer and send them my local address? Second option doesnt sound viable at larger scale
I'm learning ecommerce and want to get into dropshipping. would it be smart to order my product first to make ads before i set up my store? or should i start with a store right away??
It's really hard to say becaues I've spoken to subscribers who ordered samples in and after a few uses the product is broken, so if you set up a site for that product/niche then you've kinda run into a big issue. There's no right or wrong answer unfortunately.

Agree with this, its the secret sauce
Micro influencers and fiverr! Make sure to have scripts and list of shots ready though. Spend time researching the best creatives, angles, hooks, etc.

I have my finance template on my website and use an Excel macro that sorts out my csv file from Shopify.
Is sizing an issue with dropshipping for example ive thought of selling fashion niche targeting uk will size be different because as you mentioned they have different sizes compared to western sizes is there a way around this??
It depends on the supplier as some is true to size and some are asian sizes, you need to clarify this in your product descriptions.

What is your opinion about using different suppliers from Aliexpress? How many suppliers do you recommend to work with?
You can work with as many as you want but I would try to find suppliers where you can sell more than one of their products.

Hi do you have to get permission from the brand on AliExpress to sell their clothes on your websites. And if so how would you request that?
Yes message those suppliers first! And best to order a couple of samples.

Good video brother 💯
Thanks bro! Appreciate the comment
how do you make sure that de design of the apparel isn't trademarked or is a counterfeit/copy of a well known brand?
Hard to tell with some, but you can kinda tell with most of them. If not try searching for the design on Google.

how much samples do you usually order for testing?
You can order 1 or 2 from each supplier so you can QA their quality and packaging etc. Took me about 3 rounds of testing before finding good suppliers

I have $0 investment and ill not run ads also, i cant test clothes by ordering them should i start will it work? Or do i get in loss for high returns?

Some ali suppliers but fake reviews as well lol like dropshippers
Yeah noticed that as well lol
It’s usually pretty obvious though
Yes that is very true and you kinda have to just read through them and check dates of reviews and how genuine they look.
Yeah I was just going to say that too
