Great Video, keep it comming For the past 4 years you use only aliexpress? Or did you change to an agent? Do they on aliexpress send all items without brand or identification of the supplier?
Thank you! Been with AliExpress for 4 years. Was using Oberlo now DSers. I was lucky to find loyal suppliers. I have a video on why I haven't switched to 3PL
Hi ! You say you upload around 2 new products every day. My question is do you always order every products for yourself to make your own creatives before you updoad them on your website ? BTW i find it cool that you made the jump and started showing your face in your videos, i'm convince it will help with the youtube algo. Great content as always keep it up !
Yeah I decided it was best to reveal my face since I travel so often and wanted to start vlogging more. And you guys get to see who I am behind the cameras and videos. I don't order them to my home as I usually rely on dynamic carousel and image ads as they perform better for me. However there are many ways to create video ads which I'll be making a video on soon.
Greattt vid bro! Question: How do we stop buyers from perceiving the price of our products being too high?! For example, say your supplier sells for $20 and you sell for $60, once you get person to click on ad and land on landing page, how do I get them to accept that price and not click off or look on amazon for it? is it all about the marketing angle or the product page page being very convincing or something else?
Marketing angle, UGC, Testimonials, Reviews, but tbh the market sets a price on certain products. Sometimes there's no solution and you just have to reduce the price or offer a discount via emails.
@@theecomzone is reducing the price part of your testing process when you add a new product to store? E.g X people land on product page + no sales = reduce price by 20%. How did you know when it’s time to reduce the price?
So would you say Meowingtons is a good example of a dropshipping brand/store? specific Cat niche, probably thousands of products too. Maybe a similar store but on another pet like Hamsters or something
Yeah, the stores I share in my videos are good examples to get inspiration from however I don't think they run ads so I'm not entirely sure how they're making money right now. Need to dig a little deeper. You need to check google trends with hamsters vs cats. Hamsters don't live for long either, good and bad I guess. Also, the average age group that owns a hamster, etc. All about getting to know your demographics.
How long does it take to upload so many products to your store? Do you optimize the product images for each of them? Because I found it the most time-consuming part when it comes to adding products, I’m in the fashion niche.
I spend an hour or 2 a day uploading products. Since they're similar products to what I've already uploaded, there's not much thinking involved. I also have a partner who helps me.
At the end of the day it's all about testing. One campaign may work, but the next campaign with the same setup may not. I personally prefer Manual Strategy when testing and only scale up ads with Adv+ campaign once I found winning ads.

Hey, sorry if I am reaching you here in the comments, I am about to launch my first store, the only thing that stopping me now is the taxes and everything you mentioned in one of your videos, but the only thing wasn't clear for me is, do I need to register or inform the gov/HMRC here in the UK first even before starting the business? or they can be informed later on?
Don't be sorry, this is actually the best way to reach me and get a fast reply! You can set up as a sole trader/self-employed first. You don't really need to inform them until you make over £1000. NFA and best to check online, but that's what I have done. I then transitioned into an LTD company after making over 5 figs per month consistently.
