Good Tutorial Fahd. We also recently deployed a similar multimodal RAG case, completely on prem, with Colpali and Qwen models. It works like a charm.

What if my knowledge source is dynamic data, lets ERP/CRM App, how the RAG will work? only with fixed batch of data can be embedded i think.
