If health departments require larger water tanks or have other construction requirements, we can build the unit to their specifications. I live in california are you all aware of any guidelines for building this out to california standards, also what is the total weight of the full trailer. I would hate to buy it and then have it not meet the necessary requirements for california. I love this xl as well.

Reasons: Electric by sink poor positioning for plugging things in and safety hazard. upper plugs poorly positioned for standard length appliance cords and have you stretching them into dangerous places (over the grill? NO!) with poor aesthetics for customer viewing. Did not even watch rest after viewing that.

We install all of our electrical outlets with GFCI (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter) technology that protects against any sort of shock hazard. This is the same technology as the outlet that is likely near to your sink in your bathroom or kitchen in your home. Totally protected and safe. In addition we install many outlets throughout the unit for convenient access. We have four outlets on the side wall, two on the front wall and two on the upper shelf for phone chargers or often a microwave oven.
