- Twenty-two years ago, Candi owned a thriving hair salon that was burned to the ground shortly after opening. Candi has wondered for two decades if someone burned down her hair salon and believes her former friend and assistant, Patsy, could be the culprit. Patsy is tired of the accusations and is here to clear her name. Can these two women get their friendship back on track with Karamo’s help?

I read a comment somewhere on here saying something about he made us apologize and I just wanna say. I didn’t apologize because I don’t have NOTHING to apologize for. She’s been a bully the whole time since 2002 when all this happened. She fake apologized. I ain’t got no apology in me because I haven’t done nothing. I was even respectful to her on this show. I have no reason to apologize. Period. She was so bitter that she made my hair fall out. I had to cut ALL my hair off that I had left after she braided my hair in May 2022.

They made me belief I was getting one all the way up until they flew me out there and then told me the night before the show, then the truth changed and low key I feel set up. But I look to find the brighter light in this. SMH they played the parts and info that could’ve been delivered better. I was very disappointed when I first saw this. They edited a lot, cut paste type of deal. I know my truth regardless and was only getting on the plane if I got a lie detector test. But you see it didn’t happen. It seems the the young lady had nothing to do with it. I think it was the dude that saw 2 “dark skinned” 🙄 women run off. This woman came in very sincere. And I’m sure, if she had a moment to speak without being rudely interrupted, then she would have been able to express it. But she was unable to speak. I like her energy. I saw the episode when it was first posted, and thought he was borderline rude to the lady with the complaint and didn't do his research properly on the product before defending it. That was all fine - but now I see he's totally wiped that episode away without addressing it, but still speaking on folks having accountability and apologies and forgiveness - and thought how ironic. I like Karamo and am happy that he has his show, which with the exception of that episode, has been spot-on. I just feel like he should understand that it's okay to make a mistake, but you should own it and say you'll do better, instead of trying to erase it and hope people forget. That's all.
Agreed Michele. I love Karamo but the incident with the pink sauce lady was not handled the way it should've been. Mrs. Maxwell I've seen comments similar to yours..but take into account that everyone has their own minds as well. As a consumer, if I have an issue with a product, I’m going straight to the company with my complaints. Then if they don’t respond appropriately then I take it to social media. I understand where both sides were coming from. But it was obvious that the customer went to social media for clicks and likes. If she wanted a refund or a replacement, she would’ve just got in contact with the business. Now chef pi was also wrong for seeing the video and not following up with the customer but then again is it her job to link a Tik Tok account with customer info?
