    I have to agree with you Zac. We just moved here from Arizona after living in several different states and we have found the Birmingham area to be the friendliest place we have lived. Also the greenest! This will be our forever home.

    Moved here 2 years ago. I love the kind hearted people here. What I really don’t like is the lack of indoor activities here.

    I used to go to Birmingham every summer, but quite going, not because of crime or anything like that, but felt that I had seen and experienced as much of the city as I probably could..my main reason for going there..the food..that SOuthern food is to die for..I used to go to Aunt Bs and Zeke;s downtown, but the older couple that owned it closed down after the pandemic..said they were losing money..I saw as much as I could like Sloss furnaces, the Vulcan..once I thought of moving there..but said..no..too far from what I am used to..maybe I will..return someday

    Move at least 15 or 20 miles away from Birmingham to avoid heavy crime
