Gosh it looks so good but I have a tiny NYC kitchen and I don't think I'm willing to fry stuff in here. Its going to stick everywhere. Sounds crazy....what if I just saute the ribs until cooked and drop the sauce in. Sounds crazy. Hahahah. I wonder if it would work. BTW I didn't know you had a bakery cafe in Bangkok.
You can temporarily line your walls with aluminum foil 😂 before frying. It's not going to be same sautéing ribs and then dropping in sauce I'm afraid to say. I was thinking about getting an air fryer. Been watching some videos of people using one and looks interesting. I might get one and try it out. Yes I had a cafe for about 5 years. It was a lot of work and I couldn't find good help. So had to let it go and move on to something else.

On the description box you said tablespoon of cornstarch but on video you said teaspoon....I am guessing it is tablespoon?
