    Nice vid, your bang stick was too open to the air, should have been dug into the dam so all the expanding gasses push against dam materials not air. Dig a small hole with a prybar or pole, put bang stick in and a handful of sand to seal. A longer fuse might be helpful too, i've jury rigged a sparkler to give myself more time before but you might have better access to stuff we can't get here in the uk. good luck and look forward to more bang vids.

    Thank you for not fast forwarding pulling the sticks. Enjoy that part as much as anything else in Beaver Dam Disassembly.

    Good to see someone that uses the narrow and deep breach. Much easier to remove if repaired. Suggestion work from the front of the dam Remove the sticks first then the mud the flowing water will make it easier to the mud.

    I bet that metal pipe is the original dam height, and the beavers have raised the entire rim over the years to what you see now.

    Big fan still, you might want to open up the hole where the flow is while it is strong on both sides of it to make it tougher for the beavers to close it up again, keep up the good work, Later. Be aware and Be Smart, God Bless

    the beaver will fight, they become fight

  • @digitaltoaster
    @digitaltoaster 23 วันที่ผ่านมา

    Yup, like the other commentors say, you need to embed the dynamite inside the dam as much as possible, to put the force into moving the dirt, otherwise 80% of the blast is just going to go up into the easier path of the air. make the explosion work to get out.

    • @foxriverbushcraft2345
      @foxriverbushcraft2345  29 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      That culvert use to sit at a angle 📐 at the top of waterfall I’m guessing over the years or beaver damage it has fallen down the slope from erosion

    If your wanting to blow the same out of the area try Tannerite

    Try burying it down half way or so

  • @boelensds
    @boelensds 28 วันที่ผ่านมา

    those beavers build it back again. put a pipe in it so they do not get why it keeps draining when they plug the dam again.

  • @MzKari

    Knew ud be right back here without trapping or removing these beavers this will just get worse and worse

    cut a wider path of water like 6 feet
    so the beaver will take a long time to dam it.

    Wrap a roll of duct tape with string in it the whole roll used to wrap it

  • @benjimanburrell8374

    I thought it was going to be bigger than that maybe putting it inside would of made a bigger explosion.

    You sure as hell have no idea what dynamite is. I've used a lot of dynamite over the years.
