From that needle drop I definitely need to get into Laura Lee,seen her albums through the years but never had heard her. I picked up Wilson Pickett’s Midnight Mover in my store’s dollar bin in great condition,Pickett is a favorite so I was more then happy. Live albums I like them over all. I was a hardcore Dead head in my early 20’s so I went through a few years only listening to live Dead. But if you get a good live album they can be killer. Overall I don’t like Motown live albums (lots of show tune filler) but I do have a Jr Walker and Martha and the Vandellas live albums and they are smoker. Great video, great finds

“Giant head for giant tunes” 😂😂😂
Great stuff my friend. And ya, I am a fellow fan of live albums. Lesser known one in my little collection is from your home in the north, LightHouse Live. Got it without knowing anything about it, OG in some very old shrink, turned out to be a win. Keep up the great vids.

Thanks. I am not gonna hate on the acknowledgement of a reasonable heads-based bit. 🧐
I will try to stream the Lighthouse. A good found record is always an amazing thing. We just have to make sure we don't keep them to ourselves. 😁

Hi, Craig. I definitely love live albums for the same reason you said. I get to enjoy these shows. I have a Nirvana double disc of their 1991 Halloween show at The Paramount just weeks after "Nevermind" came out. That War record sounds like a great listen! Take care.

That sounds like a great one, Maria. Yeah, I think live albums are the business, especially when they go off script and it isn't identical to the album. Thanks for watching! 😁

Man that ‘War Live’ is awesome that’s a £20.00 record over here. Have you heard the War’s track ‘War Is Coming’? That is an absolute belter, baseline of all time. The Isley’s 1973 live album Is an absolute killer, almost impossible to find over here. I’m desperately trying to find the ‘People On Hold’ album by Eddie Kendrick at the moment. Just heart the song ‘Date With The Rain’ off it..absolute dancefloor destroyer!

Harris! Great to hear from you! Apparently I must have looked a little "banger-deficient" in the video! Haha. Now you've got ME on the hunt for People... Hold On! Very cool. Wow. That War bassline is pretty damn ill. Great flute work on the jam as well. Great stuff. I'm going to go ahead and recommend you make commenting on my videos a habit. It's good for me, and great for my collection.💯 Cheers, my friend! 😁

Wilson Pickett ,,, Funky Broadway was always a favorite, and his covers of Mustang Sally and In the Midnight Hour were awesome. Nice review Mr. Danger Man

Hey Thanks, DaddyBog. Thought of you yesterday when I snagged a record at a local show! That Vinyl Finds is coming soon, I'm sure! 😁
