My second career was spent at Whole Foods Market for 15 years. Rip came to speak when his Engine 2 book was published. I can't remember the year, but I will never forget how he was able to inspire and rejuveniate a whole auditorium of people. Many carnivores were enlightened that day. I bought b complex vitamin by pure encapsulations that has oil in it is it dangerous? As no oil what are the risks vs benefits of pills containing oil?
