Oh I don't know if anyone has said but if you run a tac-50 you regen Marksman and Rifle (not ar) ammo by being in cover, but the regen is 5 ammo every 10 seconds after being in cover for more than 20 seconds
The white death 1 shot kill build goes hard! Been using this for some time now. Its insane!
Just a FYI With Headhunter you only need to get up to 10 million damage to 1 shoot elites on heroic solo....when you group up you take that 10m X 1.3 for 2 players and 1.5 I think for 3 and 1.7 for 4 players so quick math...10m solo 13m 2 player 15m 3 player and I think it is 17m ish for 4 players...Start with all blue cores then add red cores as needed till you hit the mark just my tip o and watch out for helmets

Been using your last version of this build… never played heroic level very much… since seeing your build, I’ve been running it and leveling up like crazy. 5 directives and heroic control point is automatic SHD level possibly two if you catch supply cache convey at the same time. This build kicks ass and takes names.
Hello. It's been more than 230+ hours I have played this game but still I do not know what are the Directives or how to get 1 Million+ damage weapon or how to increase the weapon level or how to apply good Talents etc. Please Help!
I really like the idea of using bloodsucker on the backpack. Most determined hotshot builds i see either use memento or vigilance talent but this gives the added bonus armor without making you run out into the open to get the trophies. The headhunter and determined combo dont really need that extra damage from vigilance.

Always wanted to do that gearset build, but I always felt too lazy to get this build together. You just hit the perfect timing for me as I just got White Death blueprint from Descent yesterday. I'll be using Determind sniper build for the first time ever on my Hardcore agent to finally take a break from Striker and pure PfE build.

The problem with 4 piece Hot Shot is if you're using a decoy, the Hot Shot buffs will reset when you throw the decoy (its a bug). You can run 3 pc Hot Shot and a Memento backpack as well as an alternative if you are run n gun style. My favorite to use for XP farming right now is 4pc Hunters Fury, memento and perfect HeadHunter chest w/ 1886 (w/ determined), Nemesis, D50 (w/ determined). Can mow through stuff just as fast with all directives
sounds good on paper, in reality performs like a pile of useless shit tbh
@@olegbeon Then you aren't using it right. Nemesis (tac-50 once you get ammo) for 1st headshot, swap to 1886 for 2nd headshot and then you are running around chain killing away.. I use it all the time

Solid build but I’ve always felt that determined headshot damage builds can backfire or get stuck too often, hit a brick wall of an enemy and shit goes downhill fast haha
Like coming across a named heavy, all that headshot damage etc etc and the shot still doesn’t pop the helmet, doesn’t always happen but when it does, oof…
I myself have been running this for some time due to my discovered love of the scanner pulse, information being fed to me is useful!
Primary is St Elmo’s, rest is your choice.
Four piece strikers including the backpack, chest is the named Uzina Closer, mask is Nightwatcher, all red across the board. Damage is 108.3k at expertise 15, because of the two named items both granting plus 5% total armour, combined with an all red build and everything levelled up to 15 I end up with 910.8k armour, if I run a blue core I go over 1.1mill and damage goes down to 101.6k.
Pulse cool down is 9 seconds, constantly feeding me location/direction, amplified damage to pulsed enemies due to the chest, basically a beam from cover! Only downside is armour return on kill, only 10%
Revive hive for good measure.
EDIT: I run all this on Heroic with two directives daily, no regen and special ammo.
Throw on the other two directives not the pistol one. I run the same thing basically
@@zeroguhravity , I couldddd but find them tedious, I run two directives purely so that I never have to turn any more directives on in theory, people tend to and I used to turn them on for when they need to gain xp fast and then turn then back off. With two always active I just don’t bother, I’m gaining at a higher rate so it evens out etc etc…
If you are running scanner pulse, why not use fog of war? It would just be bonus xp.
@@derhawktb4022 , of course it would make sense, from an xp point of view.
But I run the scanner pulse because I appreciate the advantage, turning on that directive would level the playing field somewhat and so the xp isn’t worth it to me. I have no regen and special ammo on simply because I find them easy to manage really.

Thanks for the build. It's a blast one shotting. Couldn't find the cheat piece yet so when farming for the backpack I had quite a few Airaldi Holding Pristine Example chest pieces so I had to go with that one for now. Still new with White Death but it hits 7 to 10 mill damage with each hit even with having a low rank on it.

Finally got all peace of this gear, not perfect yet. My shd lvl is only 51, with the sharpshooter scope I got 305% hs dmg. Super fun this build and super easy to play. Thanks a lot!

Use picaro’s holster with ninja bike backpack, adds 2 blues, and 2 yellows. Hot shot knee guards and mask, chain killer vest. 5 reds, 2 blues, 2 yellows with picaros 2nd perk 👍🏼. I have a D50 with determined as well…for when you want to pistol snipe

Broooo Please press Right Trigger when showing gear in inventory( , it will put stats to the right so you can just hover over each gear and dont have to click weap, armor pieces etc. it makes it way easier when i take pics of gear on my phone for when i go farming so i can see full gear
I have similar one + a Ninja Bike variation when i play very agressive (low uptime on Vigilance). 1 Habsburg, 1 Airaldi, 3pc Hotshot, 1 Ninja Bike Backpack.
That way i loose Vigilance but gain a higher max of Headhunter (1250% of weapon damage) due to 2pc Bonus Airaldi and Habsburg.
Airaldi as a Chest (easier to farm) and Habsburg on any other Slot.
I use the EXP 3% Headshot scope for the normal crosshair which turns red on enemies.
Both slap and pack a punch.
Thats the only build with Ninja Bike in my arsenal
When the hotshot gear set came out my buddy and I sat there for an hour or two and put together one of these sniper one shot builds and let me tell you as someone who is not a fan of sniping in games but holy shit it’s so much fun, so powerful. my headshot damage to 312% I’m working on making that a little bit higher. Need a push of armor because I’m below 1 million but damn does that shit rock. Have 1 blue core on the gloves
I used the me of your one shot build's before and as long as you the first head shot kill on a red or purple it was good oh and don't miss to much. The bonus armour on this build look fantastic so I definitely try it
Love the vid! You mentioned its "pretty easy to get expertise 10" im fairly new, SHD 160 and i have no idea how to get expertise pretty easy. Is there a possibility of explaining this?

Ah yes. This was my first build when I started the game. My first REAL build, not just smack something on. Tho it was prenerf. And I didn't have all the skills or specialisations. Just had the sharpsooter maxed. So much fun. And my friend was tanking and wondering wtf was I doing. 😂 So much fun.
Have this since they release headshot talent. Hits like a truck. Hate face mask enemies - have to double tap them.

You dont need hotshot gearset to one shot enemies I use white death with chainkiller hasburg gunslinger holster punch drunk araldings gloves and backpack with vigilance, all headshot rolls and mods does just as good if not better than hotshot, secondary famas and pistol regulus. Be hittin 25+ mil and 40+ mil with regulus
I dont know what is going wrong... I copied this build, optimized and expertise the white death to 10. Put it on heroic with 5 directives and im not getting the first headshot kill on a purple enemy like you are... shd level at 1500... how are you able to one shot a purple before head hunter is proc'd?
I would really like to see the best 4 builds that provide maximum synergy for groups running legendary PVE.
I have a lot of issues with the buffs not properly triggering or working and it gets frustrating. I probably will give this a try again after the patch, but I will need to farm for Hotshot pieces for mine became components after the last time I tried the build. I think it probably has a lot to do with my connection for my game will freeze frequently for three to four seconds and there are probably times where I don't notice it, but I am still having issues.
I really enjoyed the video, I’ll be farming this gear and test it out myself and leave more of a review.
Bloodsucker is so good on my build ,you get enough armor to withstand all the stuff flying at ya or explosions ,too powerful really
New player here with 100 SHD and I have 3 white deaths but none of them have determined and only have the helmet from the green armour set...
I deal more damage with 2 hotshot, 2 habsburg, 2 airaldi (headhunter and vigil).
But 4 hotshot refill the weapon and give blue armor
New player here. Quick question for anyone who cares, those blue prints for weapon attachments at lvl 3 control points are they random drops?
Playing it likes this you should look at Hunters Fury w HS rolls, 1886 rifle/D50 pistol w Determined, still body shot onetaps elites, best version of run and gun sniper builds 💪
Actually chainkiller not needed try this 4 hotshot petrov backpack with vigilance and airdali chest with headhunter. Sherds even elits in legendary. For smiper its up to you cuz all you need is determind on weapon talent and thats all. Its easy to farm so goodluck
Getting headshots is really hard on controller but once you get it started then it's op
If you try ninja backpack 3 hotshot 1 araldi 1 hasburg it hits harder and you don’t need to rely on vigilance plus you get a free skill tier.
Vigilance will always hit harder then any ninja bike combo
I have been copying this build and I got really close, matching the mentioned gears incl talents and attributes. But I don’t know how you get to the 90% armor on kill!? I run bloodsucker, determined, 2 blue cores but can’t get into my head where the armor on kill is coming from!? Pls let me know…
Hi! Great build, maybe Carbon M700 is a better choice after the recent boost. I use it for 5 directives heroic content, with Gunner too
Everytime i try determined build enemies with helmets come out and it ruin's chain kills by just breaking the helmet, But when i see video's no helmet enemies ever come out on them lol.
Look at the second part of this video after the build I have multiple rush me and it got a little bad the first one but it’s how you time the hits. Look

Where do we get the chain killer from? I'm new to the hame and have a shd level at about 120ish not sure I'd get the same result without being higher.

@@eg8tank It is just a named Walker Harris torso piece. It is more about the amount of headshot damage you have to reach the requirements of Chainkiller. If you are able to do Countdown or The Summit just set the targeted look to Walker Harris and it shouldn't be too long to get one. SHD level is nice for you can get up to +10% Headshot damage from it, but with this build it isn't needed.

The most annoying faction is black tusk, their war hounds will cause you to loose determined and since I use a similar build to this to hunt public executions and bounties it's a particular pain in the back side for me.
my question is for what do u need that bonus armor from the backpack? with this build u are always near cover and maybe u even have backup from striker drone so why armor?

Hmm, returning player here. I remember a few months back where this build was really popular but then they ended up changing how the talent on the rifle worked. If I remember correctly , it was something about it not working as intended . Not sure tbh. Was it changed again recently because I see now that it's working how it used to back then .
they never changed it so it pretty much stay OP the whole time

Heroic is very easy but as soon as I step up to Legendary I get rejected right at the entrance every time. I'm just completely unable to do it 😂

This build is indeed great for open-world activities, with enemies coming from a distance.
However, on close encounters, using a sniper rifle is quite difficult/annoying.
I came back 2 days ago after 3 years away. ive no chance in getting any of this, i dont know what weapons to use or anything now?

With bloodsucker, you don’t need any amor on your build since you’d be 1 shotting everything

game needs cross-save and cross-play, im not starting from scratch on steam, i have almost all outfits and allot of fine tuned items. ubisoft are becoming a scam company at this point.
Quick recommendations....use ninja backpack with 3 pieces hotshot, 1 airoldi, 1 habsburg.....remove your CC cause it s irrelevant here and pop weapon handling on there.....this provides you with an extra armor, skill, and the 20% second marksman attribute from Habsburg (2 piece because of Ninja backpack) and the second attribute from Airoldi 15 % headshot damage. So around 35% damage non dependent on vigilence and you get a skill and extra armor....
Same version of this build using Ninja Backpack and hit 25 million when fully primed.
I'm using blood sucker. That's why you are seeing stacks of armor. When you hit too much it's a overkill and waste of dmg. If you can one shot at with a little less dmg why would you run more dmg and less survivability. It's like wasting dmg just to show a high number.
True. It's 25m with White death, but I have fun with the Carbon hitting 20m with no scope (varmint rifle like) fast an fun and close combat works good too. I actually carry both the White Death and the Carbon at same time. WD with x12 scope and carbon with sight. Cheers

yes recommend farming countodwn farm MMR then just wait for the talent to drop put in your library and then you can roll it on any gun you want.

This looks great but as a new player i never know how to actually get it going. Like how do i farm all the parts to get the build together? On what difficulty? On what activity? Its just too much information lmao. Currently i'm getting my ass kicked in Challenging difficulty, but Hard is too easy. Rough spot.
I'll tell you what I did since I'm new as well. I farmed Countdown setting it to Marksman Rifle for White Death, HotShot for the 4 pieces, then Airaldis for the backpack. Chainkiller I believe I got from a vendor, if you havent realized yet the vendors do sell some good stuff from time to time and you can watch creators mull over whats worth buying if you have no clue what to get.

Can you tell why your white death has 1.2 M and mine had just 550 k? I even dismantled it 😢 cause I found a gun with more base damage...

The Reload speed on the White Death is way to long try Try the Covert SRS rate is much faster for the shooting you are demonstrating on that Control Point

with bloodsucker and airaldi first time. So many versions I could post changing one piece here and there
Still prefer aces of eights with head hunter, nemesis =50+ mil crits but that's good for legendary stuff, I prefer just using mantis infinity decoys so . But this build is great for roller players that can't hit headshots regularly like MNK 😂

I’m brand new and only have 38 shd level. So probably not doable.
I recommend using the scanner drone from Sharpshooter spec instead of pulse.
If you run 5 directives you need something to get the ammo back gunner class allows that. But yes if you don’t use that specialization
@@NothinButSkillz Sharpshooter gives ammo regen too, for MR and Rifle.
i was wondering why you where using Gunner, but ya the Sharpshoter regen perk needs you to be in cover for 20 seconds so ill just try both with this build
probably gonna just stick to sharpshooter though, just load up the game and afk/sit in cover for a few minutes minute lol
on another note - love your skill build video helped me switch to heroic EZ mode except when fighting against Black Tusks ----__------

Why airaldi and not providence/Habsburg? Is there something better about the 10% MMR than the 15% Headshot?
so headhunter when procced will hit harder with airaldi due to the talent. Test it and you will see.
This build is great if you're a sniper. What about a regular build for AR or SMG? I'm more of an AR girl. Are there any new builds for them?

You can push through just as quick with a 4 piece striker and Fenris chest with obliterate on it. Then either use picaros holster, or coyotes mask.
Can you use Memento instead if u can keep up the stacks for this?

@@NothinButSkillz "target farm the areas that have that as the gear" So do I just find areas in DC that have for example a increased loot allocation for the mask? I'm only able to run the world on hard, any higher than that and I die too quickly.
go to big map and then hit up on your d paD it will show you symbols. Look for the hot shot symbol then farm those control points. On countdown you can switch the loot you are farming for.

I recently picked it up when I saw it on sale on PC. I've just came back in division 2 recently. Does anybody know if it is possible to get whitedeath riffle from targeted loot? I'm clearing heroic checkpoints and doing missions throughout 4 days and still nothing. Am I just unlucky or it is impossible?

Nice build Skillz. Think I might limit headshot dmg to just over 150%, then spec a bit more crit chance and dmg. Have you tried this to see if it’s still as efficient?

I've always been told you should spec your HS damage to just over 150% to align with the chest. Once I get there I start to spec into weapon handling. When I made my sniper build i was originally at 321% HS damage. When I heard anything over 150% is overkill and specd into weapon handling, the build just felt so much more solid. This is all preference of course.
For some reason whenever i stop my headshot damage at 150% and try to add more crt my damage goes way down, go from 20mill hits to like 17 and 18mill hits but whenever my headshot damage is in the 300's iam back to 20mill hits.
My point here was just this. Would it make a difference if the build was spec’d at say, 175-200% HS and more crit. It is just something to experiment with.

If you want a similar shotgun look into the Tsunami. It does less damage, but unlike the Enforcer it has a secondary stat option and instead of loading one shell at a time it uses a clip. It is what I have been using recently for my open world content.
You can one shot npc with shield but can't down one with helmet doesn't make sense....well i guess that's how the devs balance it if not it will be too op
