My Flex hammer drill is the one I use the most so it would be my number one. Flex circ saw, and the router are fantastic. I haven't had a chance to use my Flex jig saw yet. Don't forget the crown stapler.
Vince, moving to Flex (from your insight) has been the best change I’ve made. I have the table and miter saws…….very happy with them. Great power and precision. The corded option is ‘very nice like’ (ala Flint) and gives a little bump. That pin nailer is awesome. The no pressure safety tip is great.
Vince, it's scary that I own all those tools minus the nailer and jobsite saw. 100% agree on vibration on the recip saw. Nobody takes me seriously on this 'because I'm old of course' but that vibration really does save my arms. My old saw wore me out after using it for an hour. That vibration destroyed my arms. 100% agree! I am surprised you did not mention the router. That Router is a game changer for me. Building furniture, that tool is just a killer. Wish they had a 1/2 inch version as well.
Metabo HPT was the first to come out with a plug in adapter in their 36v line. The major difference is you can use the adapter in any of Metabo HPT's 36v tools , not oniy a couple tools.
I love their Brad nailer 18 gauge the 15 gauge angle finish nailer. I just got the multitool the orbital sander the light the tower light. I hope flex extends the lifetime warranty next year.
Hay Vince, I did not have a huge amount of experience with Fex other that the few I purchased for the shop on sale. That said the 2 Fex impacts I purchased on Black Friday for $50.00 per kit lol !!!! Work pretty good they will a 6 X 1/4 Simpson lags in to pine just fine. I Love the Multi Tool it has its place, the 1/4" router I got free with a 3.5 Amp kit that I bought. Never used it yet, and the fan I really like. Got it for $40.00 on clearance at the Lowes. All very nice tools, unfortunately my top 5 would not be in the Flex brand. But my favorite Flex purchase would be the Multi Tool. LOVE THAT TOOL and it's a Star Lock .
I bought in the Flex lineup and I love it. I even pass on great deals from other brands because their tools are not as good as Flex (assuming Flex carries it). My current go to are Flex for everything they carry plus M12 for what they don’t (like ratchets for my cars).
My absolute FAVORITE is my StackPack setup! I own Packout, Craftsman Versastack and DeWalt TSTAK, and I also have StackPack. The StackPack boxes are the highest quality, most rugged boxes by FAR! The wheels have actual ball bearings, so the wheels roll a LOT smoother. That means less effort to move the stack of boxes around. The same tools in my Packout boxes feels a LOT heavier because the wheels have so much more resistance! I don't even use the Packout boxes anymore, and I'll probably end up selling them.
I’d like to see a public service announcement video for people to recycle old rechargeable tool batteries. Best buy takes them free to recycle. Just drop them off at the service counter.
The real problem are products with a internal battery. Can’t throw them away because it has a battery, but can’t give them to Best Buy etc because it isn’t just a battery.
Agree/dope ! im thinking of getting that table saw. Can you do a video of top tools that came out in 2024?? or have u dropped that yet, keep it up Vince !!! VSG !!!!

The inline 6 1/2 saw is the best for ergonomics and I grab it more than my rear handle one by a large margin .

I have tested out the 23-gauge pin Nailer and it is great item. It is top notch!!! I agree with you Vince on your selection of the top 5.
@@RidgidRon if I have the 18 gauge do I need the 23? What would be the pros and cons for them?
1 jigsaw
2 hammer drill
3 reciprocating saw
4 sander
5 oscillating tool
The vacuum as honorable mentioned

If Flex extends the Lifetime Warranty at least one more year, I'm sure I'll be buying a LOT more Flex tools. 👍

Flex Stack Pack $179 Lowe’s Deal Of The Day, ends tonight!
Flex batteries last longer
Flex is trash. Will be gone in 5 years. Just my opinion don't shoot me lol
Flex has been around forever. They invented the angle grinder. They will remain long after you and I are dust...
wow vince we agree just ordered the table saw (AGAIN) any opion on the hex impact driver?
The impact with quick ejection is a monster!
