Bro I didn't even finish the video yet, but this phone is the best looking rugged phone I've seen. I actually might pick this up for when I'm doing my rugged activities😂! Thanks for bringing this to us J 👍🏾.
Same, I haven't even finished the video yet and I'm already sold on this phone. I was going to get the camping version of their phone but this one being thinner and having thermal imaging is just way cooler then the camping light! Plus 5G is freaking sweet!
It's funny how you addressed at the very beginning of this video how you been covering a lot of rugged phones lately, because that was exactly what I was thinking just before I started watching this one lol
I started watching the video with the anticipation that there'd be a test to determine if the V20 Pro Thermal Imaging camera can truly detect a ~183 cm (6 feet) tall person from 1,000 m (~1094 yards) away, but just like all the other V20 Pro review videos, nobody seems keen to test the advertised claim the V20 Pro can detect a human being over that distance. The competing AGM G2 Pro has been tested in review videos, with a thermal imaging / thermographic camera of the same 256 x 192 resolution and 25 Hz frame rate, and the G2 Pro camera's ~183 cm human detection range claim has been tested to 1,000 m, and the G2 Pro's recognition range has (if I recall correctly) been tested out to half the detection range or 500 m (~547 yards).
good review, want to ask you if you tested how long meters does the thermal camera can detect heated objet like human? i know that described 1000 meters but not in reality i thinks, or 1000 meters for big thing like a heated house
I've got the v20 Pro and all the reviews fail to mention that the actual camera photo quality is very poor. Only 4 times digital zoom which when used produces piss poor quality images. Not impressed with that at all on that front. That's the one point for me that lets this phone down!
Your presentation was top tier ! A master level presentation. I have researched, for hours, over 2 days to come to see this is the phone for me. It's coming in in 2 days and I just hope that AT&T is workable with it.
The Doogee V20 Pro's battery is capable of delivering reliable power all day thanks to its power-saving AMOLED display and a strong mediatek chipset powering the smartphone.
I truly hope that English is not your native language. If it is, please do better. “BATTER should OF been at LEASE?” The amount of errors in that sentence is record breaking. Literally every other word is an error. And not only simple typos, but elementary grammatical issues too. If English is NOT your native language, then I apologize, and please disregard this comment. You are doing just fine, provided it’s something you’re still learning.
@@Jimmymatthewb lol thank u for highlighting my bad gramma. English is my only language (shame to say) lol...what i ment to say was...the battery should of been atlease 8000mah...blessings to u..
What? “True” thermal? Thermal means heat. It detects heat. As long as that’s what it’s doing, then it is “true” thermal. He literally showed it detecting heat in this very video. Thermal doesn’t mean “long range in the dark at night”. It just means it detects heat. So, you’re utterly wrong. Are the advertisements about the distance it reaches, exaggerated? Yes, yes they are. However, it wouldn’t be the first time a company exaggerated their main gimmick for the sake of sales. And, the mere fact that it doesn’t reach the crazy 1000 meters it claims to, OR if the thermal imaging doesn’t operate perfectly in the dead of night at extreme distances, does NOT mean that the thermal imaging isn’t “true”. It is true, because it absolutely works. I mean honestly, how much money would you have to spend in order to purchase a thermal imaging device which can detect something thermal such as, say, a small animal, in the pitch black night AND a literal THOUSAND meters away?? Definitely FAR more than the price of this phone that’s for sure. That is some serious, SERIOUS power which you are asking for, and 99% of everyone ever, would not need that.

You are so funny, I actually enjoyed this review😀
Hey j I wanted to know what phones you recommend in 2023 cause I’m still using a iPhone 12
Please review the Unihertz Tank 2 and compare to the Doogee V20 Pro. Thank you!
does it work with verizon?

Does this phone have wireless charging?
Do you still like it?
Wow. Such phones are really desirable. Good battery support and the Mediatek chip in the device seems to be so good too.
Hey, if you go into the screen color settings, is there a color temperature slider to change the screen color from blue to yellow?

You didn't show the night vision camera 😢
It's there
try doing a long range thermal at night in the dark and you'll see it isnt true thermal.
