A few years ago, I purchased a Doogee smartphone from Amazon for an unbelievably low price of $150. At the time, I questioned its quality and wondered if it could be any good considering the low cost. However, recently, I decided to give it another chance. I retrieved the phone from my drawer, charged it up, and started exploring its capabilities. To my surprise, the Doogee phone turned out to be a pleasant surprise. It performed well and proved to be a reliable device. Curious about its current status, I searched for Doogee on TH-cam and discovered that they are still manufacturing smartphones. It's definitely worth taking a look at their latest offerings.
I use Doogee V20 pro. I bought it for 360 € For this Price it's still fair, just would be nice if the Doogee company could be from beginning honestly to their customers about the true thermal cam Resolution. Thermal cam Resolution is 256. Sometimes the Phone freezes during restart. After last update this was mostly fixed. The infiray app for thermal cam wasn't been updated since a year and have a 2 star Rating on Google play. The app runs an Doogee not bad. Night vision and thermal cam Till now can't be used in combination together. The leather case get broken after I removed it from the phone a second time. Bad quality. Besides this is Doogee a good Phone. Games I Tested runs all well. Akku lifetime is great. 12GB Ram + 8GB virtual ram is no joke. That's insane. GPS on Google maps works fine, no matter is it in EU or Egypt. Nightivision working great. The thermal cam too, but the resolution is not as promised from the Doogee company.
I honestly thought this phone was going to be a disaster when I first started the video but by the end of it I was sold on it, not a bad device for the money.
The Doogee V20 Pro with its Mediatek power looks like a promising device! I noticed that the thermal imaging camera on this phone offers a temperature range of up to 550 degrees, allowing for a wide range of thermal applications.
Excellent review. May I ask you 2 questions. 1)Despite the lack of 3.5 Jack plug, does the FM radio app actually work? 2)What about the sound quality when you record a video?
Thank you. As for the FM radio, the headphones plug into the USB-C port just like the charger. So you have to have headphones with a USB type-c end or use a USB type-c / 3.5mm adapter for classic headphones. The sound quality while recording the video is mediocre, I've heard better and worse.
I personally really liked the V20 pro, it's comfortable to hold, it's not too heavy, the material is of good quality in the hand, one of the better robust smartphones I've had this year. However, soon they plan to release a new V20S model, it will be similar in design and will have an additional small rear screen next to the rear camera, which this V20 pro does not have. So, maybe you can wait and decide which one suits you better.

But that's my opinion, if you're in a dilemma, wait a few days for someone to do a review in a different color, it will be easier for you to decide.
Does this phone's settings have a "color temperature" slider? My Doogee s98 didn't which is why I gave it to a friend. Couldn't stand the blue cast to the screen.
I got this phone 6 months back. I have to replace the phone case already( not as rugged as I hoped). And the thermal imaging is....ok. In my line of work thermal imaging comes in handy and breaking phones is easily done. Also customer service is almost non existent. Wouldn't recommend this.
I have the dooggy VS20 it is very bad phone ! first the back of the phone broke after falling from 1 m high start screen is too sensitive and very hard to use the keyboard. It is too heavy to hold. unfortunately the battery don't last as I expected from 5,000ma my advice don't buy it .
it has not Long range thermal camera distance as described, this phone can t detect heated objet like human over 30 meters, but doogee say 1000 meters?! i don t know why this scam is allowed
I bought the Doogee v20 pro and am returning it today, absolutely not the performance advertised everywhere on the internet, very poor WiFi reception, the picture jerky when scrolling, the camera is far from performing as it should and the thermal imaging camera can do maybe 50 meters, if at all, that's a long way from 1000 meters! The speaker is also a catastrophe, absolutely no sound and all that for €609, that's pure cheek! I only bought it because there is a processor error in my old Ulefone Armor 9e that apparently cannot be repaired cheaply, the volume for videos usually goes away by itself or does not come at all, but otherwise the Armor 9e was after 3 It has been a very good and, above all, robust smartphone for years and has a higher quality finish than the Doogee. For me, the whole Doogee smartphone is fraud on the customer and I can only advise against buying it!👎

I got this phone 6 months back. I have to replace the phone case already( not as rugged as I hoped). And the thermal imaging is....ok. In my line of work thermal imaging comes in handy and breaking phones is easily done. Also customer service is almost non existent. Wouldn't recommend this.
