- Welcome to my Spartan Super 10K Houston 2024 video!
This is my 4th Spartan Race & 2nd Super. With this race, I beat my time by almost an hour from the year before and completed obstacles I would usually need assistance on. If there's one thing I learned from these races is with every attempt you get better & you see progress!
Compared to last year I noticed they switched up the course 100%, all obstacles and trails were in different locations which makes me believe they do that everywhere each year. - กีฬา

That’s dope! I noticed that they changed the course almost entirely compared to last year 👀
That was my first super, I couldn't believe how flat it was. @@GliiderTV That helped me big time.
@highwindstryker yeah exactly! It’s just the sandy parts that sucked but other than that it’s a perfect course for a 10K and it flies by super quick!
That looks like a lot of fun! How do you get into a race like that?
Just got to the SpartanRace website! And you can find all the races they have in the states! :) it’s pricey but worth what you pay for I promise 🙏🏼
