As per my experience all the trustees are consider to be climents Any one trustee has to be entered twice so that he will be an executent . Clarify this if I'm wrong and let people know correct information.
Please clarify the below: 1. What are the tick boxes for with regard to (a) POA ? (b) Does this party already exist. ? 2. what when the party has already typed the deed on Stamp Paper of Rs1000/- (One thousand only) ? what are the documents required other than trust deed for scanning with regard to charitable trust? 3. And do we require to count this annexure documents as well for scanning fees? 4. Can the Charitable trust be registered in any SRO (The trust does not at present have any Immovable asset.)? Awaiting for your kind response.
You have not explained this part: (a)In trust deed the there will be settlor and two trustees. In such case should we enter three executants. (b) If settlor and one of the trustee is same, then whether there will be two executants Or three. Please explain.

ದಾಸ್ತಾವೇಜಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸಹಿ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪಕ್ಷದಾರರು executant ಆಗಿದ್ದು , Trust ನಲ್ಲಿ claimant ಸಾದ್ಯತೆ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
