I would feel so awkward if I were forced to eat food and bunch of doctors would be watching me eat in front of a live audience and telling me to come up for air.

Those two unfortunately only like foods that contain extreme amounts of grease and sugar.
It is good I make it with heavy whipping cream and maple syrup because I find that the heavy whipping cream makes the texture more like pudding. What’s up moms has a good base recipe for it and is the one that I used originally.

There are loads of studies out there about how chicken consumption is clearly connected to obesity. Chicken is full of fat an cholesterol. Animal protein is also associated with weight gain. Chicken is not a health food. The fat you eat is the fat you wear. The only way to lose an keep off weight long term is on a vegan diet.
